Galgotias University charges annual tuition of ₹1,64,000 for standard BTech CSE and the dual-specialisation MBA. BBA is ₹1,10,000 and BCA is ₹92,000 a year. These current Greater Noida fees do not yet have a confirmed 2027-28 intake label. Examinations, insurance and joining charges are extra.

Standard CSE and a named Microsoft partnership have different tuition despite both being BTech CSE courses. The partner name and exact branch matter when comparing offers.

Examination, Insurance and One-Time Charges

For these standard courses, examination fees are ₹20,000 a year and accident insurance is ₹650. Caution money of ₹2,000 and the ₹1,000 ID card fee are paid once. Some specialisations also require training, certification or clinical fees.

At current rates, a new standard BTech CSE student pays ₹1,87,650 before hostel: ₹1,64,000 tuition, ₹20,000 examinations, ₹650 insurance, ₹2,000 caution money and ₹1,000 for the ID card. This calculated first-year amount is a reference while 2027 fees are awaited.

Fee Differences by Branch and Study Type

Lateral-entry BTech students study for a shorter duration than first-year entrants. Industry-linked programmes may add training fees, while overseas study can involve payments in another currency.

Online BBA, MBA and other online degrees have their own fees. The campus rates above do not apply to them.

Galgotias University Hostel and Mess Fees

Hostel fees are ₹1,71,000 a year for an AC room and ₹1,60,000 for a non-AC room, including mess. Boys have twin-sharing rooms; girls have triple-sharing rooms with an attached washroom. Rates can change each year.

Galgotias University Scholarships

The scholarship policy gives a 25% tuition waiver for qualifying Class 12 applicants with at least 95% and a 15% waiver for 90% to 94.99%. It excludes BPharm and BSc Nursing from those two board-mark bands. A first-rank state or central board topper can qualify for a full tuition waiver, subject to the policy and course eligibility.

Other merit awards include a 50% tuition waiver for JEE ranks up to 25,000 and a 5% waiver for a qualifying CUET score. Galgotias checks academic and entrance results before approving the award. Examination and hostel charges remain separate; renewal follows the scholarship conditions.

Application Fee and PhD Examination Charge

The application fee is ₹1,200 and non-refundable. It is separate from the programme payment due after selection.

PhD tuition is ₹75,000 a year. Applicants need confirmation of how often the ₹20,000 examination fee is charged, as the PhD and general fee information give different payment periods.
