- The good thing is that you are free to take courses from any department or college at MSU in order to meet the minimum credit requirement.
- I worked with Prof. Bartolomio; it was a good time with him, and I learned about the lab techniques.
- It has the maximum post-study placement ratio because veterinarians are among the highest-paid individuals.
- There are no scholarships associated with this program, no matter how good the profile is.
- The infrastructure is top-class, with great Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the campus and dining halls for the students.
- These expenses can be dealt with very easily if we can secure a part-time job on campus.
- I cant pinpoint the ratio for the entire university, but department-wise the ratio for students and faculty was about 5:1.
- The community is also great, and its close to home, so I can come home on weekends.

- There are only a handful of universities that offer programs starting in spring which is what I was looking for. With that experience and criteria, I was able to shortlist 3 universities – University of Illinois Chicago, University of Connecticut and Michigan State University. After this it was another easy choice because MSU offered a 12-month program while the other programs lasted for at least 18 months. Also given the fact that Michigan has way smaller number of Indians than the other states it gave me an opportunity to get better exposure while interacting with people from other countries. I really knew what I had to do, and I chose MSU.,
- The best part about MSU is that there is much more diversity than other schools. Especially if you are an Indian looking for exposure, this is a good place to be. Over the last couple of years, the influx of grad students has grown exponentially that almost all the big states are flooded with Indians. MSU offers a much diverse population among students and staff, which is great to gain exposure and push your limits.

- "If I had to mention one thing, it's the weather. Not to blame the university for this, but it gets extremely cold in winters and the weather persists like that for around 5 months. Another thing that I would improve about MSU is campus security. I encountered a shooting event in the very second month. That event got me terrified for a week!"
Overview:
I'm not sure if I'm the best person to answer this question because I haven't really gotten complete college experience from MSU. That's because I'm enrolled with the 12 month program which is very fast-paced and barely leaves us time to enjoy and take part in other stuff on campus. But if I am to comment on my program and the experience that I am right now having it is very hectic and mentally challenging. The weather in Michigan also makes it physically challenging in the first four months of the program. Personally I'm loving this because I wanted to challenge myself when I came out of India and I'm getting what I wanted.
Fees:
Tuition is USD $39000 for the entire program.

Overview:
My overall college experience has been really good till now. I have had a chance to interact with professors who are world famous in their fields. I have had a chance with amazing people who are good at heart and helpful. Overall, I love Michigan State University and would recommend it to everyone.
Fees:
$40000 a year.
Overview:
The university has a variety of research tools available, which interested me. It also has really good global support that gives you the opportunity to network around the world.
Fees:
For Ph.D. students, you pay $175 per semester and $1800 for each credit of courses, if not funded.
Overview:
Michigan State University is among the top 3 vet schools of the world and I am a vet med major so it is a privilege for me to be a part of this institute
Fees:
Approx. 25000$/ semester
Overview:
The course is rigorous, including campus facilities, research opportunities, location, scholarship, program ranking.
Fees:

Overview:
I knew that I wanted to go to a college in-state and an MSU was the leading college in business that really caught my eye. It was the perfect distance away from my house which was about an hour and that was great because I could easily get home if I needed to but I wasn't so close that my parents could come up any day or that I felt that I'd be going home too often. On top of that when I visited the campus it was amazing I really loved how everything was so tied in together and so large at the same time. I really felt at home and I really solidified that when I got there. I can go running or for a walk anywhere on campus and it feels like I?m just outside enjoying nature there?s a bunch of trees alongside a bunch of beautiful buildings.
Fees:
I am not an international student so I'm not sure. I do believe there are some scholarships for them though. However, my tuition was about 14k/year and I got no aid, but I did not take out any loans last year or this year for the fall semester. I did get a Livingston county Spartans scholarship, but it is a group of alums, not the school.
Overview:
This college was very close to my home. My siblings went here. Additionally, it offered the program I wanted. Finally, a lot of my friends were also attending school.
Fees:
The fees are going to be set in a flat rate for 12-15 credits in the fall per semester but as of right now it is pay per credit. Additionally, I need to buy online resources to do attendance online with subscriptions and I need to buy other textbooks and e-books.
Overview:
The campus is the prettiest in the state. As well as the program I wanted was very competitive and has been accredited for over ten years. It was close enough to home but also far enough from home that I can live away from it.
Fees:
The fee structure was based on credits and also supplies and materials needed for each class. Also possible online materials.
Overview:
In-state tuition made it cheaper than my other options. The reputable name was also a factor and close to home. Other options were much more expensive and out of state which factored into much higher costs and loans. Therefore, I chose this university.
Fees:
I dont remember the fee structure per say. There were some fees for various clubs that were optional but some fees were mandatory and high.
