The university makes all the best efforts for the students to place them in a corporate house and not only in the state but also another States as well. Many big firms or companies come to the college like HDFC Bank, RT foundations, Reliance Life Insurance, Justdial, Hindustan Times Infotech, etc to hire students.

Our institute is research-oriented so placement is somewhat irrelevant. Most of the students do PhD after getting their degrees, abroad (Mainly US, then Germany, Japan, Singapor etc.) or in India- even in our institute. There is an E-cell for educating students on start-ups who don't want to venture in academia. Also, our college hosts annual summer and winter internship program at which students can learn from hands-on experience in cutting-edge research methods under the supervision of faculty members.

The institution has a Placement Cell which keeps track of the internships and job opportunities for the students. There are several training programs to train the students too. Companies like mankind, HDFC, just dial, reliance etc hire the students.

Placement level is not good. But, for electrical engineers, they have some companies. I have placed in X Perto solar, this is solar company situated at Mandi and but in Solar appliances hand all over India they work in solar water purifier, Solar Power Plant, solar street lights.
