the curriculam was well rounded. it included diverse topics like political theory, international relations, world politics. . the curriculum is highly relevant for future academics- PhD, or assistant professor. the course can be amended for better opportunities like role in civil services, public policy etc exms took place every 3 months and were not very difficult for someone who studied well

The major point of me choosing the curriculum was its emphasis on the core and basics of the subject, the curriculum provides a framework for seeing the society with a scientific political lens, the area's which can be improved are the introduction of more applied paper's, The timing of exams are good and the difficulty level is satisfactory

To become assistant professor in college and faculty: student ratio is 1:70, lectures are taken in English language and teachers are well qualified but some teachers need to improve on their teachings skills

For masters, Classes occur in the Faculty of Social Sciences so all the students from the different colleges have to gather at one place to take the classes. Classes for North campus colleges happy in Arts faculty north campus and for the South campus happen in Arts faculty South campus.
My course was MA in Political Science and the faculty of the north campus used to teach us as we don't need to attend classes in the college and had a take lecture in the arts faculty of the north campus. The professors are highly qualified and have a lot of experience. The 2 years of PG will have 4 external examinations and 8 internal examinations.
Fee is pretty good and even if the student is from a poor/financially weak background it is decent. The total fee for my MA in Political Science was INR 15,310 and if a student fulfills the eligibility/conditions set by the college , then some financial aid or Merit Scholarships can also be availed. I had good financial support and that's why I haven't opted for any such benefit.
I chose this course because there are a lot of government as well as private placement opportunities in this course. It covers a wide range of topics like Mathematics, Science, History, Contemporary India, Child Development, Nature Of Language, and many. There is a great interaction between teachers and students. Students are free to ask anything and share their thoughts with teachers. Teachers is well and highly educated. Teachers always show interest in student's learning. In the first year, students have to study subjects like Nature Of Language, Child Development, Contemporary India, Core Natural Science, Core Mathematics, Core Social Science, there are practicums which include weightage and there are exams held in the college, there is an annual examination. The answers in the exam are based upon understanding. Questions that come in the exam are twisted.
Hindu college is famous for the arts stream. That's why I choose this college. All the faculty are very good. Each class has around 40 students for the post graduate courses. Exam is quite different but if you work hard then o crack easily. Teacher's are very good and nice .
