What's New in Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University?
CUET PG 2024 registration is likely to start soon. The NTA will conduct CUET PG 2024 from March 11 – 28, 2024. While CUET UG 2024 exam will be held from May 15 to May 31. Students can fill out the application form on the official website @cuet.nta.nic.in.
Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agriculture University (previously, Rajendra Agricultural University) is one of the 65 agriculture universities in India. It is near Pusa Bazaar, in Samastipur District, Bihar.
There are five faculties in the university in the disciplines of Agriculture, Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Agricultural Engineering, Basic Sciences, Humanities & Home Science, besides the college of agriculture, fisheries and institute of dairy technology. The university offers six undergraduate degree programmes, thirty three post graduate programmes and eighteen Ph.D. programmes. It is also the only university to provide an MBA in Agribusiness programme. Admission in the various courses offered is done on the basis of marks scored in Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE).

Rajendra Agricultural University offers various courses at undergraduate level. The courses offered are Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc) and Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in several specializations. The duration period for each of the courses is four years. Intake capacity depends upon the nature of specializations opted by the eligible candidates.
Admission in the above mentioned courses is done on the basis of marks scored in Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE). Students who meet the eligibility criteria will only be entertained by the university. Candidates willing to appear in BCECE may visit the official website.
Key points
- Both Boys and Girls will be eligible for admission in Bachelor’s Degree Programmes. In Home Science only Girl candidates are eligible for admission
- The candidates must be a permanent resident of the State of Bihar or a domicile of the Bihar State in case of 85% seats to be filled up through Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination. However, for rest 15% of the seats the students may be selected on all India basis

Rajendra Agricultural University PG Admissions 2024
The University offers various courses at postgraduate level. The courses offered are Master of Science (M.Sc), Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Technology (M.Tech) under several specializations. The duration period for each of the courses is two years. Intake capacity depends upon the nature of specializations opted by the eligible candidates.
Admission in all the three PG courses is done through a common entrance test conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board.
Note: The cut off marks for admission to Master Degree programme in the merit list prepared on the basis of marks obtained in entrance examination and academic marks will be 40% for SC/ST candidates and 45% for others (Unreserved, BC, EBC, and RCG candidates)

Admission:
My admission was through ICAR exam. Now the admission is through CUET exam. Reservation is there for SC/ST. They even need to pay less fees. The exams are moderately tough. Sometimes the papers are tough but seldom and you need to constantly study and gain knowledge. The admission process has a lot of reservation. Should be considered.

- Lack of proper practical activity, like each individual is not getting the chance to do practical

Admission:
U must qualify the icar exam and pass 12th exam. Exam will occur on yearly basis, and it is more difficult that neet exam. During admission there is so much gathering in campus and all activity of each sector is happened on the same date, it creates chaotic situation.

The exam are conducted online basis 120 questions are come in exm. Exam are MCQ question are available only you tick the correct answer an negative marking -1. Now we talk about reservation the sc st are form chrge 600 and they are benifits that their cut is very low due to category are very help and now their exam are vary hard depends on your preparation when your preparation is good then you easily qualify their exam and in this exam basic questions are come 11 or 12 basis questions the the subject are preferred physics chemistry and biology. After your exam is completed your counselling process starts with choosing a college and then some form fillup.

Yes Icar exam is there for the entrance . Eligibility- 12th from bio stream Reservation- as normal Frequency of exam- 2 time per sem difficulty- yes ofcourse the question comes from outside. Admission- should be more openly done

Eligibility for this course 12th passed students of science stream. Application form available on the ICAR website (nta.icar.in). Application fees approximately 1000 Plus and application date start in March month every year and admission on the basis entrance.

Admission:
For ABM-MBA in RPCAU you have to take ICAR AIEEA (Jrf) exam after completing BSC Agriculture or BSc Horticulture or Bsc Agricultural engineering or any branch related to Agriculture. After counseling you will be allotted to different different colleges based on your all India rank. After that you will get official mail from the respective colleges and letter of joining the course. After going to alloted college you can pay fees according to colleges.

RPCAU takes admission via the entrance exam ICAR. After the examination counseling takes place where colleges are allotted to participants if they get enough rank and scores. There is a reservation for General, OBC, and SC&ST.

To get admission you must pass the 12th or equivalent exam and attempt the Exam conducted by ICAR for UG admission. After qualifying you have to participate in the counseling process in which you will be allocated your college and branch.

Till 2022 there were ICAR AIEEE exams held for admission in agriculture and allied courses. Eligibility:- Student must be of science stream and pass class 12 from a recognized board. From now on CUET will conduct these exams and it is mandatory to appear for these exams.

- The environment outside the campus is not that developed that the only reason to dislike my college other than that all the things are good
Admission:
I have given the entrance exam of ICAR to get admission to my course. And after getting a recommendation for this course we have to do a physical visit to our college for documents verification and after giving fees and after all that process we get allocated to our respective course.
