University of Glasgow is one of the reputed university in the world. I have choosen masters in Cyber Security, the modules in this course are having real time concepts which will help me for my career after my post graduation
Course Curriculum :
Course curriculum is really impressive. The modules involved in this course are very clear and started from foundation to master level. Course in semester 1 are more helpful towards semester 2 courses and overall the modules and courses will give a good overview to make a better project at the end of the course
Exams :
I have opted IELTS for my addmission, minimum cutoff was 6.5 and I got 7.0 cutoff in ielts exam. In University website there is a clear view of minimum cutoff for every course in all the eligible tests
Placement :
There are good research opportunities available for students, but placement oppurtunities I need to see how it will be in coming days
Events :
There are many facilities available, but due to current situation we were not accessible to know more about these. As far as I know,there is Very good library and sports facilities and wifi throughout the campus
Scholarship :
I got Computing science international excellence awards from university of Glasgow which is 10,000 pounds fee waiver. There is no separate process, university choosen the qualified candidates based on bachelor's percentage and merit
Faculty :
Faculty are very helpful especially in this pandemic situation. There are many additional online sessions for doubt clearance and online tutorials for better understanding. Labs were also provided with better faculty. So overall there is a good ratio of faculty to student
Hostel :
I have choosen private accommodation, not university one. University accommodation is bit high price compared to private accommodation
