Remarks :

Overall the college is not so good and not so bad. The college doesnt provide any extra curricular programmes for the students. The sports facilities are very poor. There is no internship programmes for the students

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is based on the university and the exam structure also.the college also conducts series exam after completion of 2 modules which affects the internal mark for the university Examinations.

Placement Experience :

The placement and job opportunities provided by the college is so bad. Only a less number of students will get placed and with a very less salary. The college doesn't provide any internship programmes for the students

College Events :

The events celebrated in the college are holi, onam, tech fest. The Holi and onam celebrations were conducted in the college every year and the tech fest is only after 4 years. Onam is the cultural fest of kerala.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees structure depends upon the department in which studying. It is about 75000 per year and an extra fees of rs 10000 should be paid for lab facilities and placement. Should be paid once in every year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There were no scholarship or loans were offered by the college. If you need loan you should go to banks. The college will provide the fees structure of the course you study which helps for availing the loans from bank

Campus Life :

The extra curricular activities were very poor.the labs are good with good faculties with good supports. The college doest provide any sports facilities for the students. The sports facility in this college is very poor

Alumni/Alumna :

The college has an alumni association but i don't know more about the alumni association beacause iam a current student. The senior students were friendlier with the juniors. They maintain a good relationship

Admission :

I got admission through kerala entrance Examination.then i go to the college and reported with supporting documents. They will verify the documents and payed the course fees.then they will introduce about the college and their rules and regulations

Faculty :

Some of the faculties are good helping for the students. But some of them were not. There are both male and females faculties in every departments.they were friendlier with the students and coooperate with them.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
