Remarks :
There is negative remark fir the college. College is doing good but can definitely improve and do much better for students future. College should focus more on practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge so that students can survive in world.
Course Curriculum Overview :
There were 8 semesters as per Mumbai university. Each semester had 2 term test and a practical exam for each subject. There are around 6 subjects in every semester. I somebody fails in a subject it considered as KT and allowed to clear the KT in next semester.
Placement Experience :
Placement is average. College does not put much effort in Preparation of students for campus placement like aptitude and interviews. But they manage to get many companies that if student is good they can manage to get placed in the company.
College Events :
There is annual fest in college every year called pratistha where students get chance to showcase their talent and perform in front of everybody. Other than fest there are sports events like cricket matches. There is a cricket team of college which play against different colleges.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fees is little more compared to facilities provided. During my first year it was around 1.10 lakhs rupees and in my forth year it was around 1.28 lakhs rupees. So it's like feasible but facilities and education can be improved compared to fees.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I don't know if college provides any loan or scholarship because I have not heard or taken any. But there is state and central government scholarship for minorities where government give around 25k rupees as scholarship to students.
Campus Life :
Labs and computers were in good working condition and well maintained. Extracurricular activities were very limited and depends on ones interest to excel in any. Sports is supported in college and there is infrastructure where one can participate actively in sports.
Alumni/Alumna :
There is no as such effort for creating alumni network by college. Students stay connected via social media like facebook and whatsapp. There are no functions arranged by college where alumni can get together.
Admission :
I got admission based on 12th and JEE marks. After results were announced I approached the college and filled the admission forms and based on my marks I got the admission in the college. Process was easy an admission form was made to fill and marksheet soft copy was collected.
Faculty :
Faculty of college is quite good, all are very well educated. Faculty is hard working but are only focused on more theoretical knowledge and less practical knowledge. So faculty must improve and focus on more practical knowledge.
