MY amazing college life , a perfect balance of studies and fun .

the main aspect of the curriculum that influenced me to take this course is that that is also teaches us to efficiently use our skill too through subjects like Environmental Sustainability and Time and Priority Management . This prepares us for real-world applications . Exams are quite easy with easy but very deep conceptual questions .

i plan to go for higher studies after graduation and a side hustle job . The placement records and average for my course. almost 70 % students get placed every year . However , if unfortunately i didnt get any campus placement then i'll go for off-campus placements as UPES is a big name with good reputation getting an off-campus placement with a skill set would not be very impossible

The semester fee that i am paying currently is approx 105000 . The entire program will cost me around 7 to 8 lakhs which i think is pretty affordable seeing the facilities being provided in the campus . This fee includes tution fee , admission fee , and other compulsory fee and even gym fee. There is reservation for SC and ST but only for domicile Students .There is also merit-based schoralship which varies according to your score in class 12th , Cuet , CLAT and other competetive exams . I have 30% scholarship which is the maximum percentage of scholarship provided by the university . this is based on my marks in class 12 th as i scored above 95%. Other financial aids are also provide such as for girl child , etc .

The fests are the best part of the UPES , the main fests are URJA , SPANDHAN , FRESHERS , etc . other than that there are other small fests also almost every month . The range of books in the library is impressive it has three floors with many books from various genre . The online library portal has many e books . the technological provision are very modern with big projectors , charging sockets and well maintained labs . the sport and extra curicullar activities also also very varied and recongnised with many national level players in our college . there are many clubs for those who are interested .

I applied for Symbyosis but the fee structure was very high anf quite unaffordable for me . I also gave Cuet but i wasnt getting any nice and useful subject combinations . I got rejected from many colleges including delhi University and Indraprasth becaire i didnt had mathematics as a main subject in 10+2 level . the admission process is quite easy and simple it includes a pi round only .The admission counsellors are very helpful , they'll be there to help you at every step .

The faculty to sstudent ratio is approx 4 batches on each tacher and each batch hass approx 45 students . The faculty to student relationship is quite friendly but not very frank , most of the faculty are quite approachable . My favourite faculty is Mrs Tanu Singh , she teaches us pythom programming in 2nd semester , she gives really nice marks , teaches with well and is very friendly in nature . However , the best faculty is Mr Sandeep Dixit , he teaches us Basic mathematics in 2nd semester , he is really funny and understanding . The is actually no faculty whom i hate . there are 2 exams in a semester with other internal evaluations like classtests , vivas , presentations and live programming tests . The curriculum of my course is very relevent , unlike other college it is not focused on just learning from ppts , it involves actually gainging skills and making use of those skills in the best way possible .

there is nothing very exciting about night life , as there is curfew in Bidholi after 9:00 PM . BUT you can enjoy before that , the beautiful view on the entire city from The Terace Cafe near Maggi Point , THE tuck shop cafe is delivers food till 3:00AM . The campus in timings is 8PM and for hostels is 9:00 PM . inside college my favourite hangout place is frisco and outside campus it is snacks adda .
