Remarks :

I think college's administration is a quite matter of concern. As an only college of state govt. I think state govt of jharkhand should care it as an only child.

Entrance Preview :

I have passed JCECE Entrance examination in may 2015. I have scored 94/150 on that exam.I have all options at counselling. But I opted for ECE beacuse I have a great interest in electronics system, and devices, and computer Too.

Internships Opportunities :

Though I am currently in my first year, I have not come any type of intership offered to me by any company yet. But i am in eager to be interned by a one.

Placement Experience :

There's a lot of companies usually come to the college campus for placement. Few are like Tata steel, Tata consultancy services,Wipro, Airtel/telecom operators, and more PSU's. They offers students package ranging from 4LPA TO 12lpa.

College Events :

There are about 14 clubs in the campus like model club, rotary club, painting club etc, these organises a lot of programmes in the Deshpandey auditorium like fashion show,cultural programmes, quiz competetion act.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Bit sindri is ranked 1 by World bank in financial investement. So its the cheapest govt. College of India. One cam complete his engineering in just 2 lacs!

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I am currently there by taking loan from a reputed bank of my home area. But i am not availing any loan faciliated by college.I am availing scholarship offered by govt. Of Jharkhand.

Campus Life :

See, BIT'ans are very cool guys at all. We always maintain communal-harmony among each other and respect opposite sex.I don't think there are any kind of communal Intelorance here.We help each other at hostels and we all maintain Unity. We face any kind of trouble in group and share notes at the time of examination.Quality of food is very good as they are owned by private parties.we generally discuss issues happening around us and country.there are four workshops- Foundry,smithy,carpantry,and labs-electric lab, mechanics lab, chemistry, engg. Physics, etc.all are well equipiped and enough.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel are, I think they are little pathetic. though rooms are in good condition, electricity used to be here about 20-22h. But i think bathrooms cleaniness is a matter to concern about.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

You may have heard that bit sindri is famous for ragging. Exactly but what about other govt. Engg. Colleges? See..exactly not so. I have come across a lot of seniors in the campus from very first day in the college and they promised me if I would be in need at anytime , I can call them up. I also call to them if i need any assistance. And they also shared their previous year books notes, Drawing materials etc. They are very helping and caring.

Exam Structure :

See bit sindri is known for fun too. here, students seldom takes pressure for exams/semester etc. All of us go for exams in a chilled mood, and thats results in their good result.

Faculty :

Faculty are really very good, explanable, calm, good knowledge of subjects, All teachers are young and are very energetic. If anyone have a doubt, faculties reviews it very carefully and explains the logic to us in a very nice way.

Good but not up to the level that college shows.

Placement Experience:

7th semester students become eligible for campus placements . There are many companies visited like accenture - 300000, cognizant- 250000, wipro- 300000, tcs- 200000 Accenture - 300000 per annum. 20 % of students getting placements in the class size of 120. My palns after getting a degree is to become a web developer, frontend.

Placement Experience:

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year one can go for placements, they are eligible. Campus placements do happen. Infosys, tcs, wipro, and many more companies visit here and hire the most skilled engineers. The percentage is obviously really good. A minimum of 80% of the students get placed in good-paying jobs.
