Remarks :
The college is having moderate infrastructure which is being worked on continously for the last few years. It also has a very peaceful environment making it a suitable place to focus on studies. The nearest big city is Dhanbad which is around 25 km away from the college and the connectivity is also good.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The college has been ranked 24 all over India in terms of the return value. The quality of placement in the college is good. The college also has a Centre of Excellence which provides internship to our students as well as students from other colleges on Induction Motor, PLC, SCADA, etc.
Placement Experience :
There have lot's of placement & job opportunities here. Here many companies are coming for placement. Every year lots of students are qualified for the job thourough the placement. The placement of criteria is give by the companies.Also college is provide internship.
College Events :
A lot of events are celebrated in our colleges by different clubs individually and all togather also organized by the institute as ALUMNI MEET, SHARDOTSAV,SANDHAAN, SPARDHA, RAP CONTEST,MUSIC CONTEST, DANCE CONTEST, PAINTING CONTEST.Almost all student of the college visits at these celebrations.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee structure comprises of the academic and non academic fee. The academic fee is about rs 7500 per year. And the Hostel mess charge is ?30000 per year. Electricity bill is ?2000 for a year. And also there is a examination fee of ?4000. I think that the fee is feasible for a student belonging to a middle class family.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
An N.G.O is run by the college faculty and students togather named as PRAYAAS INDIA.This organization provide free education to the schooling students and arranges blood donation camps also.The Alumni association also gives funding to the Incubation Centre of the institute.
Campus Life :
The college has a rich base of many extracurricular activies due to the presence of various clubs. Different clubs of different genre organise many events for students to participate. The gender ratio of the college is a little disappointing which is almost 1:4. There is no discrimination against any caste, creed, race, religion, etc in the campus.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes, I have opted for hostel. Hostel is well built and facilitated in order to live our day to day life. They have mess facilities inside every hostel. Hostel are very good in condition which you can't expect in any other govt college hostel.
Alumni/Alumna :
The college has been blesssed with a base of alumnus who still come to college every year during alumni meet and interact with students giving them valuable suggestions and recommendations. Seniors in the college are also very helpful.
Admission :
B. Tech admissions are offered on the basis of merit list generated by Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) Board established by the Government of Jharkhand on the basis of jee main rank. For B. Tech program, candidates should have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognized board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry, Biotechnology or Biology as an optional subject.
Faculty :
This college has a panel of highly educated professors and assistant professors who are keen to impart knowledge. Almost all the professors and Head of Departments are P.Hd. holders. They focus on not only curriculum, but also inspire to pursue extracurricular knowledge important for today's market like iOT, ML, AI, etc.
