Remarks :

Infrastructure of the college is not very attractive but its getting better day by day at a very high rate. You wont get a lifestyle like you have expected in your dreams after getting into college but the one you are getting is also good

Course Curriculum Overview :

BIT SINDRI offers 10 streams for Btech and the exam is conducted by vinoba bhave University, Hazaribagh but form the year 2018 the exam is conducted by Jharkhand University of technology,ranchi.The exam pattern is just as the other colleges are having . 4 years is been divided into 8 semester and you have to clear all the semester to get passed

Placement Experience :

Talking about the placement. The placement are not over and we have placed more than 370+ students in a batch of 640 + 200 from d2d that comes in 2nd year then the net strength goes to around 800 which is an achievement as the placement cells are very active here.

College Events :

Various types of events are organised by the different clubs which are open to all and anyone can participate in these events. Which includes fresher of the year contest which is organised by leo club and there is technical events and cultural.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

As i said earlier fee is something that you don't have to worry about . Its very much less as compared to different colleges offering same course.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship is provided by the government for backward classes which is e-kalyan . There is a scholarship which is provided by the alumni of the college and any student can fill the form. College also gives a small amount of money prize to the toppers to motivate them .

Campus Life :

Sports is something which is very good in bit sindri . Time to time different sports events are organised by the sports club. As for the labs most of the machine do not work and the ones that are working dont give accurate readings cant say anything but the information technology lab is one of the best lab provided by our college.

Hostel Facilities :

I have opted for hostel and hostels are pretty much good . You have 5-6 roomates in the first year of the college , 4 roomates in second year , 2 in third and single room is given to each individual in the fourth year of the course .

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

BIT SINDRI is one among the oldest and most prestigious colleges in India started in 1949 . So you will get here Best alumni network and the seniors are really very helpful they will help you like your elder brother in any kinds of problem.

Admission :

When i got admission you have to give a entrance test for jceceb and have to secure a rank below 900 to get admission in the college. But this year i.e 2019 the admission are based on your jee mains score card

Faculty :

For faculty BIT Sindri is not very good at this although professor are highly qualified . New teachers have been hiered and few of them are very good teacher . Professor are good source of knowledge its just you have to seek more out of them .

Placement Experience:

From Sixth semester students becomes placement eligible. Hero, Bajaj, Ashok Leyland, Infosys, HCL, Accenture, Vipro, Tata and there are more companies visits for hiring. My plan after the degree is to get a good placement if I can get one.

Good but not up to the level that college shows.

Placement Experience:

7th semester students become eligible for campus placements . There are many companies visited like accenture - 300000, cognizant- 250000, wipro- 300000, tcs- 200000 Accenture - 300000 per annum. 20 % of students getting placements in the class size of 120. My palns after getting a degree is to become a web developer, frontend.

Remarks:

About college life

Remarks:

The campus is huge, 750 acres of land within the college but it is all covered by trees. We have plenty of insects creeping our room. We can see forest everywhere. Good remark about the college is that we have great environment. Bad remarks remains the faculties of the college and of course the mess food we get.
