Course Curriculum Overview :
The exam structure is fairly good. Students are given question banks and important questions and topics before the exam. The teaching methods are fairly modern. The course curriculum is in line with the state board. The college also promotes extra-curricular activities.
Placement Experience :
I got an internship with L&T (Larsen& Turbo) which is an MNC. The college has many affiliated organizations.
College Events :
Viva college is known for its celebrations of all kinds. Be it friendship day, Valentine Day, Independence day, Swacch Bharat Day, there was no lack of celebration. Cultural events were also held to bring about spiritual upbringing in the students. Science Fair is a must-do.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I had opted for the Minority Scholarship (as I am Roman Catholic). I had to give a written exam for the ailment.
Campus Life :
Viva is widely is known for its campus life. Big campus with adjacent sports ground makes it a great place to study and develop. The gender ratio is close to zero, as the college has plenty of strict rules for the safety of women. The labs at Viva are top-notch.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes, the alumni network of the senior student, known as VESA (Viva Ex-Student Association) is one of the largest alumni associations in Virar.
Admission :
After 12th, I went to college and asked for admission forms, but that year, the admission process was taken online. So they gave me an online form, which had to be filled. After a few days, the 1st list was announced. My name was there, so I went to college again for further process.
Faculty :
I could easily contact the faculty as a WhatsApp group was made for every division. The teachers are very friendly and helpful and co-operative. They make sure every student has understood the topic deeply. Individual attention was given to every student.
