Remarks :
The college is an autonomous one and it follows all the standard of an autonomous one .the faculty are good and provides good atmosphere. Has a good liberary with all kinds of book. The one negative remarks is that the playground is far from the campus and has to travel to kaloor for sports training . except that everything is good and can be pointed as one of the best autonomous college in ernakulam.the college is situated in the heart of the city that makes it more good.
Course Curriculum Overview :
St Albert is an autonomous college so it follows a different course curriculum and exams are conducted on the decision made by management . The academic are structures are so good that there are plenty of time for students to study and acquire knowledge. There are internals before semester examination and it makes students to know more and equip confidence in each and every student s. The college also has a website which allow each and every albertian to login in their own I'd and can avail the semester examination result from the website itself.
Placement Experience :
In the last year of the graduation the company like Wipro ,infosis etc provides job opportunity to the adequate ones through interviews.only some courses have internship facility not in bcom tax but there will be in other career oriented courses
College Events :
Every Friday we have cultural s for exhibiting and moulding talents of the students . The cultural will be high lighting the artistic talents of young one .Also the college is providing a stage to exhibit their talents Every month there will be a seminar which is productive for students .Even national level seminars are also conducted. The college provide s tally and CMA coaching with graduation
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fees structure is feasible Albert's is an autonomous one so they charge RS 8000 on the time of admission from general category students and sc/St students have major concession in fees .Also Albert's does not invite donation from management students ana the seat allotment is based on marks which makes management students burden less
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I don't know much about that because I am a fresher . But at the time of orientation the tutor had listed many scholarship that every students can make use of which can be a financing aid for the students.
Campus Life :
We have a very good sport team and even own a gym for maintenance of physical health. The school has NSS i.e national service scheme and Ncc which is very useful for the students and even provide grace marks for participating in these programs.
Hostel Facilities :
No my house is not that much far so ldont use the hostel facility.alberts has it hostel on the campus itself.but from my colleague opinions the college hostel are good .even non malayali students are happy with the hostel facility.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes they are very helpful and gives respect to the fresher's they provide us their books for studies and even takes classes. They maintain a close touch with us and share their experience and they are the ones who conduct fresher's day for first years
Admission :
I applied for bcom taxation as my degree course through their online admission website by paying 100rs as chellan and I got a good rank in the rank list and I was called for the interview and my point s we're good so they granted me a seat in general category in b com taxation
Faculty :
The faculty are excellent and experienced one with specialisation in subjects.every department has their own HOD I.e head of department who are excellent . The teacher s has their own teaching manners and fluency of their language are so good that even Malayalam medium students can understand them . Each department has qualified and experianced tutor and each batch is alloted a main tutor and a assistant tutor.
