Remarks :

For degree it is good. But if you want a job then think twice. Go for CS but the number of seats is 180. So competition high. If you have less money and you have something in you then go there. Otherwise I will not recommend.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course was old when I got in. Now it has changed completely. Although still lacking on the practical side. The workshop is good. But for practical purposes, equipments are not enough. Even if it is available, always under work in progress.

Internships Opportunities :

No, they don't. Even we asked for a month-long internship on our own, they didn't allow us. Only two week internship was allowed. We searched it on our own. Few got internship at CIPET, although college helped us but we went there first and asked for the internship.

Placement Experience :

Vet few. Even if companies visit the campus they don't recruit. TCS is always the first one to visit. Then some companies, which you don't know, visited the campus. Only few requirement happened on-campus.

College Events :

Two things - Sagar Utsav and Techno Saga. Sagar Utsav never happened during my years. Techno Saga was regular. Nothing much happening. But I heard that last year Utsav also happened. I hope this cotinues.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Very feasible. Since it is regulated by the government the fees are very affordable. Transportation, mess and hostel fees are not regulated by the government. If you live outside then the transportation fee is a must.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No scholarship facility is available. Even if your state is giving you the scholarship they will run you to different offices. Top three students of the university get the chancellors award. Which is 20000.

Campus Life :

No extracurricular activities happen. Students used to go outside for the labs. Sports happens but you have to be good. Faculty doesn't help you with anything. If you know something you showcase it. They will only give the name of the college.

Hostel Facilities :

For the first year students, double sharing rooms are quite spacious with a study table and chair. Bathrooms are on sharing basis. For the later years another hostel is there. Which is triple sharing and attached bathroom. Gardens are also there.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Once an alumni meet happened. Very few numbers of students came. Only for a half day. We never got a chance to meet forget about the help. But yes immediate seniors who just passed out from the college helped us in making our Gokart.

Exam Structure :

Exams are governed by the RGPV. Tests and exams are taken periodically. Practical was also conducted. Attendance has also some part in it. Although the exams were conducted late at my time, now the time table is good.

Admission :

I gave MP-PET exam. According to the marks you will get the college. MP gov. has one site which takes your choices in ascending order. According to stream and college, you can decide the order. This way I got the mechanical stream in SIRT.

Faculty :

7% faculty is Phd, 30% is Mtech and rest is Btech. Very few faculty has experience in the industry. Faculties were busy to get students into the college. Many faculties were pass out from the same college.

Campus Placement of this college is very good means 95% oif the students were placed. from 6th semester you'll able to get placed but i recommend to complete the studies. Companies visited in Infosys, TCS, Wipro etc. 95% of Students were placed from the campus selection. i'll planning for the campus selection from the college.

Placement Experience:

The campus is quite good, in a class of 70 students 50 get placed in a company. Although the average placement is Rs. 650000. some people get 16 lakhs 17 lakhs, 20 lakhs and some 44 lakhs. Many companies visit our campus just as SAP, WIPRO, CAPGEMINI, etc. The highest packet of the previous year is 44 lakhs in Google and our average package is 650000. 75% + students are getting placed. I have planned to get a good job at a big MNC.

Campus life is good at JUET

Placement Experience:

Placements are good for only CSE with an average package of around 5 LPA. Companies like Infosys, cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, Amazon, Capgemini, and tech Mahindra come for campus recruitment. No core companies visit here. If you are going for a core job you have to apply off-campus or prepare for the GATE exam.
