Therapist life starts by treating yourself.

All courses have their importance and benefits in their own perspective and all courses are interconnected to each other and as for occupational therapy as myself also has never heard of it as I do heard a lot of physiotherapy and prosthetic and as doing occupational therapy i have came to know that it enhances peoples daily life activities and mindset and psychology for being their better self for exam as recently it has changed in university examination from utkal University to odisha university of health and science (ouhs) so now it's internal before every semester and every exam and it's mildly difficult but can be done

In internship u have around 6 months or 1 yr in which u perform half of months in aiims and half in svnirtar and it's a great experience with different types of patients and about stipend it's around same in all dept. around 12-13k per month for bpt and boy in little more as they an extra half day in duty not for bpo as it's an holiday.

Although after internship u should get placement or its better to have placement because at that time u would have enough experience and knowledge to be at your own and about the patient condition. The package differs from 40k-60k although u can increase the income although it requires patience to get placement but placements are given and u can apply too After getting the degree am planning of doing masters in bot and job in southern side or in different country although I haven't finalized that i will take it slowly

In first year it was 45k and when we goes to 2nd year it had become 48k. It gives reservation benefits to categories i.e general, sc,st,obc etc and also it provides many efficient scholarship to different categories that is e-medhabruti , nsp etc for students to and for general it is 20000 for every year scholarship and around 80000-85000 yearly for other categories and provides many opportunities.

Many cultural programs occurs here from new year, ganesh puja , holi , diwali, and national holidays. And annual functions occurs every year after annual sports with many different sports and enjoyment. About facilities it offers smart rooms with ac , libraries with efficient and valuable books and theories, research and notes, many dance group, parades, and for social groups it have its whatsapp, instagram groups to get daily updates of recent happenings in nirtar

Rooms have beds , tables , chairs, and personal almirah to put ur things. Meals in boy's hostel is quite good and hygiene. In counseling u choose to opt for hostel or not ur wish then u need to pay in cash from the bank and it's affordable and good

As I have given dental(bds) in scb after neet scoring but frankly speaking I don't have much interest in mbbs line I do respect them but I don't thought of being an mbbs student so then I heard about this exam cet and svnirtar (Cuttack)and nild (Kolkata) and get changed after every 3 yrs. It's syllabus is also like neet exam bio, physics, chem. And after the ranking u get either bpt( bachlor of physiotherapy),bot( bachlor of occupational therapy),bpo( bachlor of prosthetic and orthotic),bsalp( bachlor of audiology, speech language pathology) . And if the given course don't interest u , u can change ur course in re counselling that can change ur course and place

Faculties are friendly and we often sometimes have an interesting classes as they are our best buddy Sanjeev sir , vinay sir , pragyan mam are faculties i found interesting to study with am not telling rests are boring all are great in their own place and I respect them . They have their own ways to teach like some male faculties are little down in teaching part but really great at practical side and vice versa for female faculties but altogether it feels differently unique and about exams every year u have to give 2 semesters and 4 internals with practical with collaboration of SCB classes some difficult parts are neurology, medicine, paediatric etc

Free gym in every hostels, cafeteria is in progress and mess food in every hostels breakfast, lunch and dinner, library is available every day as for Saturday and Sunday it's first half. And public area in hospital is good to roam around to feel relaxed with a park and seats and closing time is 9pm there isn't much hangout space but it's worth it as have bakery with cakes, pastries, patties ,fast food, shakes etc. Hostel timing closed at 7pm and for urgency u can sign ur name and go it's safer in girls side as compared to boys as while in path of boys hostel there is no light much for some distance and there full brightness in girls side.
