- the fee structure was quite affordable. no extra charges were included other than fees.
- organisation of classes and lecturers were fixed and the syllabus was always completed on time.
- evaluation criteria was not biased and enough time for exam preparation were given.
Dislikes
- the labs were not properly equipped, they lacked the basic facilities for carrying the experiments. only basic experiments were performed during the lab time, no advance facility and instruments were present in the labs.
- teachers were not very serious. all the topics were not taught in class.
- topics were not cleared and not taught properly in the class.
Course Curriculum Overview
1.curriculum was comprehensive. it includes essay type questions, short answer questions and multiple choice questions respectively. the teaching methadology requires improvement, there were no projector classed and labs classes were less. 2. the difficulty level of exams were high and syllabus was quite wide, yearly exams were held with no semester , mid semester or tests . 3. teaching method can include surveys, projector method teaching, organisation of labs etc. 4. subject based learning was the primary focus instead of practical learning.
Fees and Financial Aid
1.The fees for the Bachelor's program in life sciences was 4000/- per year which also includes a library fee of 500/- extra. 2. The one time registration fees of rs. 500 was paid and the overall fees of 4000/- includes the lab fee, admission fees and tution fees respectively. 3. it was a government alloted college which also includes a scholarship of rs. 14,000 yearly for the reserved category students other than general category students. 4. there was a reservation quota for SC, ST students also. 5. there was no semester system that's why a total yearly fees was paid one time only. 6. no extra charges were included other than fees in the entire year. 7. scholarships were also awarded as per the merit of the students. 8. maximum percentage of the topper goes till approximately 78% only.
Campus Life
1.campus life was quite good. several fests were organised with a primary focus on sports activities. several competitions such as dance, singing were also organised. 2. a simple basic classroom with white board facility was present. classrooms were quite spacious and well ventilated. 3. an exposure to spirts was very good , many tournaments were being organised in the premises. 4. no social groups or clubs are present. 5. there is no student portal everything was manual. .6. not many technological provisions were present in the classrooms.
Admission
1.i also applied to Delhi university but instead took admission here because this college was located in my hometown and was affiliated to MJPRU, Bareilly. 2. admission procedure was direct on merit basis without any entrance exam. 3. merit was high upto 77% in 12th class. 4. fee structure was quite affordable as it was a government college. 5.an examination form was filled every year of rs.1000 for being elogible to give exams and admit cards were alloted on this basis only. 6. admit was allotted to students with an attendance of 75% only.
Faculty
1. A total of 110 students were in the class with a ratio of 90 girls and 20 boys. 2. DR. Juhi, DR. Anamika were very good at their work. they always taught their topics very clearly and with full focus to deliver it as wide as possible to the students for their better understanding. 3. there was a yearly system of exams conduction, no semester or mid semester exams were included. 4. no mid year tests are included in the curriculum. 5. an attendance of 75% is mandatory for the students but can be negotiable in some cases. 6. difficulty level of exams was high. an overall 90% of students were able to pass the exams. course curriculum was quite relevant and the couse study was stricted towards the curriculum.
Night Life
1.library facility is present in the campus, not so many books were present in the library and books were remained issued most of the times. 2. hostel facility was not present, most of the students stays in PG only. 3. cafeteria was present in the campus with a facility of snacks, tea and breakfast. 4. college garden was quite big spacious, and clean. 5. it was a safe area near college. 6. campus timings starts from 9.am till 5 pm. but students were free to leave the campus after their lectures or clsses.

i didn't opted for DU because Vardhman college was in my hometown only.
