Remarks :

The positive side of the college is if we are able to cope up with the teaching faculty we can learn a lot from them. They teach us with lot of patience. The university exposure is very nice and inspiring. The alumni is very helpful also. We can get into good organizations in future if we work hard. The negative side of the college is the student union organizations create a disturbing environment during classes and also sometimes do mass bunks.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The subject curriculum is very nice. There are many things to learn from the topics we have in our syllabus which are not only useful for our career but also for our socio- economic lives. The course is not so tough and easy to understand.

Internships Opportunities :

Yes, our college provides internship in various fields. I am a student from journalism background so I can do internship in the print field and electronic media field. We have a lot of scope in this area. We are also paid for the internship and given proper certificate.

Placement Experience :

The college provides placements in both electronic and print media. The college has a placement cell which provides the placements to the desired students. Students who are keen to learn something new and are willing to join any good organization are mostly interested to do the internship.

College Events :

There are many events celebrated in the college in various fields like education, entertainment, music and dance. Students show great interest in the participation. The college provides a great scope for the students to learn by conducting the events. There was this RUSA project launch in Tagore Auditorium in Osmania University. There was a musical concert in which great singers came across the students. There was a SAHAJA Yoga program back then in Tagore Auditorium. Many events are organized every year like this.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

It is feasible. It is affordable for a common citizen who comes under the economically weaker section of the society and also for a middle class person. The first year fee for my course is worth three thousand rupees. It is the same for the second year also.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I am availed with the Government scholarship that is provided from the central government in which my father is working. I am given a scholarship of about 8000 rupees from the Government. It depends on the course we are pursuing the Government gives the fee reimbursement to the students who want to study further.

Campus Life :

The extra curricular activities like the sports, labs are very good. The computer lab is also open for us to do our projects and other works. The Audio Visual lab is provided to us from the department where we can shoot and edit. They also provide us the video cameras to be taken outside the college for shooting purpose. There is students lounge where they can play table tennis, carom.

Hostel Facilities :

I am a day scholar so I wont rate the hostel infrastructure but as far as I have seen the condition of the hostels is not that good and the fee structure is also high. The washrooms are not that clean and the rooms are not exposed to proper sunlight and fresh air.

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumni is very helpful to us. They sometimes come to the college to motivate us and guide us. They also help in getting into a good organization, provide internships, give some important tips for improvement in academics.

Exam Structure :

The exam structure is choice based structure. We have four options given for each answer in which we have to choose one. There is no negative marking for the wrong attempt. The right answer fetches you one mark. The total exam is for 100 marks.

Admission :

I wrote the OUCET examination in the month of June. It was a multiple choice based exam. The admission criteria was merit based. The students were allotted the seats according their respective ranks they got in the exam.

Faculty :

The faculty of the college is excellent. The professors are very nice and cooperating. They are very friendly with students and other co faculty members. The professors are very patient and keen to answer the students doubts. They have a lot of interest to teach to the students.
