Remarks :

College is very nice faculty is also good. Campus is great. Every year something new is made available for the sake of Students. Faculty help students in every wear and tear of education. The principal is also very supportive.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is really good and the faculty teaches her well here. Every semester there is written exam that is theory paper. In first semester there is also external exams that is submission of sheets. In second year there is external at the end of year. Same is in third year. In fourth year there is external in both semester and in fifth year first five months is internship the next 5 month is thesis report to be submitted.

Placement Experience :

Our college got selected as first 25 best colleges in India so many architects approached to our college for internships for the student. College also approached to many firms in Kolhapur and out of Kolhapur in well known cities.

College Events :

We celebrate Freshers party for the new students so they get comfortable with All the seniors and faculty.then we have our college fest named arpan here various sports are played and dance shows prize distribution traditional day is celebrated. Then we have our department fest named aakar same is done here but extra workshops are held well known architects are invited for seminar.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is feasible and government has provided many facilities regarding the fees. for economic backwards class that is EBC is provided so that parents can pay the fees it is done to almost half.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship that is EBC is provided. For people from rural areas exam fees are also free. Loan facility is provided so that parents can pay the fees and students should not suffer for the sake of money.

Campus Life :

Extracurricular activities are good. Various workshop are provided during fest to gain more knowledge. Sports are also provided for proper fitness of an individual. Sports help keep our mind fresh for design work

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni helps alot in gaining knowledge Through seminars and they also help for internships. seniors help us in making our project successful. They help us in every topics because they have been through it.

Admission :

I applied for the entrance exam got my results. then I filled the form with the list college which I prefer. After that I waited for first list then second then third and then fourth I got selected in fourth list and got admission in this college

Faculty :

The faculty is very good in college. They teach very well according to the syllabus. Site visits are held for actual site analysis. Industrial visits are held for proper knowledge of the design topics.

Vescoa : An exciting journey

Placement Experience:

From 5th year students become eligible for placements.some companies visited for campus recruitment were Hiten sethi and associates, edifice ssa architects etc. Well known firms of Mumbai . The college provides 100% placements. The average package for now is 3-4 lakhs . My plans are to work for an year for experience and then do my master's .

campus placement is generally eligible in the last year. for architecture, the term campus placement is not fitting in this college. there is only a single company taking students from here in the name of campus placement. the intake is less than 5 students out of 80. more students go for starting a firm by their own or do post-graduation. i think ill do the post graduation after my degree.

Architecture at SBPCOAD

Admission:

Admissions into any architectural university nowadays are purely through NATA. This university doesn't choose to differ as well. The minimum marks to be scored in boards is 50% with PCM as the stream. The candidate has to apply online and pay the fee online too.

Placement Experience:

There are very little/no placements as of now. But the student can take up internship programs if he/she is interested with stipend. The college doesn't provide them stipend. The college however grooms us well to face situations like placements.

TSAP - a short review

Admission:

I wrote JEE mains and NATA as I was very determined in getting into architecture someway or the other. Luckily I got into B.Arch at TSAP with my NATA score and Board score cumulative. One has to score a minimum of 50% in his/her boards. The NATA and JEE mains cut off varies from year to year.

Placement Experience:

Placement training at TSAP is excellent, we have frequent workshops, the institute even takes up live projects where students could lend a hand. Most of them do their post-graduation and the rest of them get placed in firms for experiencing a job.
