Remarks :

The institution provides more freedom to the students. They make the students to stand on their own legs and shine in the society. The infrastructure creates a good environment to acquire knowledge and good behavior.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is little hard to understand. We can achieve only if we have a broad mind on creativity. The course duration is 4 years. Each year carries two semesters. Hence there will be 8 semesters. Each semester exam will be held for every six months.

Placement Experience :

The placement facilities are less when compared to other top institutions. However 35 percent of the overall students get placed through college by MNCs. The salary packager are also good. But the rest of the students have to get placed by their own rusk.

College Events :

The events conducted in our college includes workshops, symposium, Cultural, Sports day, Farewell etc. These activities play a major role in establishing the talent of students. They also help to acquire more knowledge.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees is more fesible whan compared to other institutions. The maximum amount will be within 30000 for a year. The also provide concession for first gratuates and those people who are financiallw week in the society.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The scholarship will be provided by the State government every year. It ramges from 8000 to 20000 besed on categories. The loan can also be claimed from any bank which is under government undertaking.

Campus Life :

Our college plays a major role in making well talented sports personalities. Coaching is provided to the students who are interested in sports. The lab facilities are good. Individual performing in lab us allowed.

Alumni/Alumna :

Any student who are graduated in our college can join in alumini association. They provide development programs to the college. The college provides accommodation to the alumuni students whenever they visit the college.

Admission :

The admission is based on the marks scored in 12th examination. The mathematics mark will be converted to 100, physics to 50 and chemistry to 50.All the above will be added to give cutoff out off 200.The counseling is based on this cutoff mark. My cutoff is 192.

Faculty :

The faculties are more friendly with students. The show more concern on the students to acquire knowledge. Most of them are more experienced and talented. They try to make every student as a successful person.

Average college but a good place to study on your own

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Students who pursuing five and sixth semesters onwards are eligible to attend the placements and internship. Mostly the IT companies are visited frequently and core companies are low. The Highest package is 9LPA. The percentage of college placement is 78 percent. I planned to make higher studies after my degree.

Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
