Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum and teaching is very good at Vnr, but when it comes to timings, it is a bit difficult for a student to manage the record writings, lab exams both external and internal coming together until the first mid. The course goes smoothly, but when it comes to second mid, it gets hectic keeping up with writing. The records regularly gets difficult and student has to write the records in one go before the lab externals or else. The teaching methods are good, but I suggest there should be some change in the teaching method because every student does not get it.
Internships Opportunities
Internship is done by a student in their third year. The college provides students with internships, but also if the student wants to go Internship by themselves, they can there are many start-ups which you can apply for an internship. If you want a well established company, then you might need a help Lecture at Vnr because then it will be an official process. Faculty will provide you with attendance if you are going for a internship.
Placement Experience
Vnr offers good placements. Many big companies visit our college for student placements. The students who have no backlogs are eligible for attending the campus placements. Students go through examination and interview process in order to get a job. Some of the companies taken students with good resume and call them directly for interview interviews. Students are offered good packages. The average package at Vnr is five lakhs per annum. The starting package would be two lakhs to 2.5 lakhs per annum. Most of the students who are eligible for campus placements gets placed in good companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid 1,35,000 per year as tuition fee, admission fee was around 15,000. Exam fee for every semester should be paid before the second mid exams I.e around 3000. There is scholarship program in our college, but only the eligible ones like no government employee background students, below poverty students, high score students gets it
Campus Life
Infrastructure of the college is really good with greenery. Annual fest. Take place once in a year and technical fest happen, every six month, books and journals are widely available The library is huge. We also have digital library. we do have digital classrooms. The labs are well equipped and maintained when it comes to sports and extra curricular activities are our college doesn't disappoint. There are many sports fest and competitions held at Vnr. There are very good clubs at Vnr. Clubs are very active and useful for students. There is every club for every aspect.
Hostel Facilities
so once you get admission in Vnr, you you need to book yourself a bed in the college hostel. If you opt college hostel once your booking is confirmed, you need to pay one lakh rupees as the hostel fee. There are different rooms like single sharing two sharing, three sharing and four sharing. There is a common balcony for four rooms and common two washrooms for four rooms. The food provided is really good. It maintains hygiene taste, and there are variety of items provided different items like rotis, Biriyani, pulav, Tiffin are provided
Admission
I wanted to get into a private college and in private colleges. Vnr stands in top five colleges when it comes to placements and packages. Vnr was really good at my time. The infrastructure was good. There was greenery. Most of the students of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh look up to top tier colleges only
Faculty
I liked the faculty in Vnr but there are few lectures who are a bit judgemental, and also they are very rude to students when it comes to accepting the new generation and their lifestyles. Some of the faculty is very supportive, and they support every student when it comes to exploring and learning new things.
Night Life
The night life completely depends on whether you are staying in the college hostel or a private hostel if you stay in college hostel you have a huge hostel area where there is space for sports like volleyball, basketball can play cricket two. We have gym in the college itself. Students are open to use it but it has a certain time limit. Girls are only allowed to walk in the hostel premises and they are not regularly allowed to play sports because the sports grounds are towards the boys hostel. The food is really good. You can enjoy the outing time which is allowed on Sundays. You can visit Sharath city Mall forum Mall Inorbit Mall nearby College. There are really good restaurants, drive-in and hangout spots so you don't have anything to worry about exploring new places.
