Overall our colege is a top b college in odisha.RCM is setting an example for all institutions as leading university of the country. With the collection of vast knowledge and effective practices all over the globe, the students are given a solid foundation for learning.

Course Curriculum Overview :

MBA is a old course and it's demand quite down. But it helps to buildup a business and they gives a better position in any company.MBA course comprises of 4 semesters, and the first year focuses on building the core concepts where students learn in combined classes and explore the core areas of management.

Placement Experience :

During the second trimester, the students are briefed about the importance of Summer Internship Program and it’s relevance to the Industry. The students are divided on the basis of their locational preferences and the verticals in which they wish to work (like Marketing, Finance, HR etc.). Personally now i m selected for 'SRIRAM FINANCE ' for sip in finance.

College Events :

Study tours are organized to provide students experience in the globalized corporate business environment. During a 1-2 week trip, students visit selected corporations, commercial centers, public and private firms around the country, where they observe various industries and meet with the management. Students are required to prepare project reports based on their study tour experiences.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel is so good it also provides 24 hours power , washing machine and aquaguard. Networking opportunities with former classmates and faculty members through the alumni grid and also on campus.Continuing education opportunities through seminars, conferences and discussion groups.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Admission :

Firstly i' m apply mat exm nd then i register in college website and then college's faculty calls me. Then after they conducted a telephonic round and they told me you are selected. Then they send me fee structure and then after sometime i pay some advance money. Then a document verification process also conducted by bput then after i have take admission.

It's a good experience for me.

Placement Experience:

The placement is good. The average salary package is 6-7 lac per annum. Top recruiting company like TCS, Cisco, Infosys, Capgemini, Wipro, Bosch, Tech Mahindra and Cognizant company come to hire students. The percentage of students placement is about 80-90%.

In our our college there is no place for play ground. So how will I explain about my curriculum. For outdoor games we use to another Play ground for play. I also like indoor games. I do like indoor games .

Things to know before joining BIITM

Placement Experience:

The highest ever placement was around 37 lpa by Asian paints. A student can expect an average of 2 lpa after placement. Companies start showing up from the 3rd semesters and conduct personal interview or group interview round (gdpi rounds) The institute is reputed for the best placements among all institutes as it offers a 100% placements. Reputed companies are invited by the institute every year such as HDFC Bank, Bandhan Bank, Deloitte and many more. I am planning to sit for in campus placements at first.
