Course Curriculum Overview :

Gurugram University located at sector 51, Gurugram. Curriculum activities happens time to time in college and college provide extra curriculum activities likes dance , singing, sports ,yoga and special trainer come to college for programs.

Class Size : 100Course Fees : INR 360000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid :

Semester fees for odd sem is more than even sem. 1st year fees : 80000 2nd year fees : 90000 3rd year fees: 90000 4th year fees: 100000 You can also apply for loan and University also provide bank inside the campus.

Campus Life :

Class room size is nearly for 90 students but there are some bigger class room which can accommodate upto 120 students .girl and boys ratio is average in college. College atmosphere is peace and calm and college timing is from 9 am to 5 pm.

Admission :

I choose this college because 1: this is government college 2: college fees is lesser than other colleges. 3: location is very good. 4 : you can intership and placement. 5: college provide extra curricular activities.

Faculty :

College conduct to two sessional exam and one end sem exam . Sessional exam carry 20 marks and 10 marks for attendance and 70 marks for theory exam. In four years, we have to complete approx 40 subject.

Night Life :

College closed by 5 pm .so there no night life in the college. Hostel only provided for girls students .Cafeteria is the centre of attraction in the university and playground is the place you can relax and play also enjoy some good time.

Less crowded college, but not the best college life and placements

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible in 3rd year for internships. However there are not much internship opportunity in the college. Only about 20-30 student get an internship on campus. Average stipend is around 20k.some companies visited are hero, Oyo rooms, mygate, service now etc. average package is around 8.5 lakhs and highest is 36Lakhs. My plans after degree is do to a start-up

In btech after 6th sem you are eligible for campus placements which means just in the start of your last year you are eligible. Not so many companies come here there are a few the highest package offered till now is 15 lpa. Only 55 to 60% students are placed

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I knew a few people in the same course and they liked it and it aligned with my future plans as well. The course curriculum is shifting more towards placement oriented study and focusing more on increasing the placement statistics of the college. The area for improvement is focusing more on problem solving than cramming the theory to get good grades. There are exams every 2 months and the end semester exams are quite hard to crack if not prepared well and they cover up 35% of the total weightage.
