The college campus is good and clean and there are so much trees and plants in the college campus but the campus size is not that big
There are lots of students are studying form different states you can interact with all those students and make good friends

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have intrest in computer science from the school life and after completing the graduation I have decided to do MCA the college provides extra trainings like corporate talk,group discussion,quiz competitions the teaching method is also decent but you have to compete with others for a better future the exams conducted in the college is not that tough but there is no day gapp between the exams you have to appear all the subjects continuously.

Class Size : 100Course Fees : INR 154000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

I have completed my internship in python language in CTTC(Central Tool Room and Training Centre)which is located in Bhubaneswar,Patia which is a government institution as well as a research centre there is no stipend provided I have done a faceclone project in python language

Placement Experience :

After the 2nd semester a student is eligible for the placements and campus placement is also good there are lots of companies come for recruitment but don't expect good salary package you will get average and the companies came for recruitment are not that big companies most of the companies are startup companies there are companies like technobot,invincix the average package was 2.5 lakhs/yr this year and the highest package was 6 lakhs/yr likely 60 to 70% students got placed in the previous year I will join the mnc companies after getting my degree

Fees and Financial Aid :

Our college charges 154000/yr including hostel and course fees and this includes all the fees like registration fees, admission fees and other compulsory charges if you belong to the SC/ST catagory then you will get extra discount on your course fees if you achieve good rank in ojee exams then there will be some discounts on the course fees

Campus Life :

The college conducts Saturday nights every year and the nights continues for 2 months and annual sports day,tech carnivals these are the functions held in the college there is one central library in which you can get wide range of books.The classrooms are not big in size but every classroom is air conditioned and every room has a projector for study there are 7 to 8 house are available in the college and these house organize every function that are held in the college

Hostel Facilities :

There is no air conditioner in the room a celling fan and 2 tube lights and separate racks for each student is provided and a attached washroom is also available in the room and each student is provided with one study table Meal quality is decent there is not a wide range of foods you have to avail the hostel facility during the admission process there are lots of PG available near the college if you don't want to stay in the hostel you can also prefer pg

Hostel Fee : INR 62000 per year

Admission :

I have not applied in so much colleges first I was sure that I am going to pursue MCA in any private college so I decided this college admission process is simple you have to come with you degres certificates and personal documents for verification and you have to pay the 1st year hostel fees if you are staying in hostel or you have to pay the half payment of the course fees of the first year if you are holding a good ojee rank you will get discount in the course fees

Faculty :

The facilities of every branch is good and supportive they help in every field and help us to improve our skills in both theoretical and practical knowledge but some faculties are not experienced so they are not that good at teaching and behaviour also in every there are 3 modular tests in each semester and 2 semester are held in each year the exams are not that tough

Night Life :

There is gym in a college and one cafeteria and a hobby club which includes all sports activities and sports equipments hostel is also decent there is no air conditioned room available room size is decent and there is attached washroom with every room there is a garden and a cricket field and separate space for hangout with friends in the college campus and the locality is not that safe because that college is located in a village far from the town area

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of the course will give you a basic idea about how the software or IT industry works that are the basic tools. In the 1st sem you will have computer architecture that will give us idea about the working and integration of hardware components with software attributes. Operating system will tell us the working of the OS with respect to computer and basic algos. Discrete mathematics that will prepare us for yo deal with algos in future and graphs that are much needed to design or know compiler idea. Database Management System will train us to deal with data in a database. Then C programming. Like wise you have DSA in 2nd Sem that is important for job purpose and will make us known about various algorithms. Similarly HTML, CSS, JS important for frontend. Java will be introduced in 2nd sem.The syllabus is very old and is not designed to make you a pro in today's time. You need to simultaneously prepare for the market demand from other places like online or any other source.

The best college in odisha for B.Tech and MCA.

Remarks:

College is good as of my experience if you are like to learn and spend more time on study rather than fun then you will like the college. This college time table is very strict unlike the other college. Some time you will feel like school bcoz of its very busy time table of continuous classes. The class time is regular 8 AM to 5 PM everyday except sunday. There is 1 short break and 1 long break in between.
