Remarks :

Overall college is good not that impressive and not that much dumb too. It was good for me to studying the modern college for last three years . All the days I have spend in the college were good and memorable for me

Course Curriculum Overview :

It was really good studying in modern College last three years, extra curriculam activities are carried out by the staff and most of the practical knowledge is given to the students.And when needed industrial visits are carried out for practical knowledge.

Placement Experience :

2-3 Companies do visit our college for job purpose. And no internship is provided by college. Mostly the placements facilities for the students is informed by the specific teachers of the class in respective class groups.

College Events :

There are many events carried out in the college as per the class wise and as a whole college too. Most of the events are carried out class wise. In this events whole class is involved and the class has to represent themselves and show the qualities and abilities to the other students.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is feasible and adjustable here . The fee structure in this college is not so expensive rather than other colleges. And the mode of payment for the fees is flexible, a student can pay the fees in 2 installments in the studying year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Actually, I have not availed any of the scholarship or loan facility from the college due to some terms and conditions. But there are some sort of scholarships provided for the category students and the fellowship is provided for the students scoring above 60% every year in open category.

Campus Life :

Extracurricular activities are also carried out in the college. Computer labs are always clean and the computer processors are good for software students. In sports the college stands higher for cricket and other sports .The college is good for the sports and specially cricket.

Alumni/Alumna :

Senior students are also helpful and they don't try to be oversmart infront of the freshers.And specially ragging is banned in the college and no one ever practices it. And seniors are supportive always for the juniors.

Faculty :

Faculty is experienced and not experienced as well. Few of the teachers are recruited newly and rest are working from years.So faculty has experience about the teaching stuff and the management of teaching.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Bachelor of Business administration is course with 6 subjects per semesters and From 2nd year you have to choose one specializtion and from that year 4 subjects are common and 2 are special subjects. There not so much practicallity in course but ok .

Placement Experience:

The campus placements do come to for Somaiya colleges but they are not so good as the amount we are paying for the fees and the category that this college comes under they should provide at least average placements of 6 to 7 lakhs bare minimum but they do not provide that much higher placements even after paying so much fees and even after considering themselves that a very high level high profile college and university that is your relax today I appeared for an placement interview which was very unprofessional it was a campus placement it was very and professional and that will not even speaking in English it was for a cell strainy but it was not expected from the college side that they are conducting this kinds of placements

A great overall experience

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester, students are eligible for the campus placements, many big companies visit such as Google, KPMG, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, JP Morgan, etc. The highest package is at a whopping 30 lakh and the average salary stays around 12 lakh. Most of the students get placed, my plans after getting the degree is to pursue MBA.

Excellency at its best

Remarks:

THe college in all is very good. There is nothing the college quite needs to excel at. I would personally like it if the college works a bit more on their placement activities and conducts them in accordance to the students. There an be a few infrastructural improvements too but those are in consistent progressions. I am glad I am a part of the UBS network and will definitely pass out as a happy alumni with flying colours.
