Course Curriculum Overview :
Course structure is amazing tbh my first full year i fdi classroom training, so that was really good. All the subjects were very industry oriented and they were very relevant. The topics were covered properly that helped me a lot in my internship and all so yeah, I see I cannot talk about other specialisation, but for HR, it was perfect. All the relevant topics and pointers are there in the syllabus.
Placement Experience :
I think after third trimester, we are eligible for summer internships. I guess most of I'll say 7080% of the students were on internship after fourth trimester, which is a good thing and see again. I don't have a bad profile but for HR67 of us were having a placement of 4.5 to 5.5, which is good for a batch of. I think we were around 40 so yeah, my final placement as of now is 6LPA, so which is good for a tier three college, it's really good. I am in my second job now after during my PTM only, so I finished 1.5 years with one company, I have joined full time with the second one. So I plan to stick around.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
5.6 Lacs 40k scholarship i got Now it has increased They also give loan facilities Business Analytics will have the highest Fee out of all specialization you can get 50-70k off as scholarship too. HR fee in my 2022 batch was 6lacz
Campus Life :
festivals are there celebrations are there I think every week we used to get at least one Gas lecture from an industry person which has helped me a lot Library is great sports activity need to be improved. A little the clubs are great. I was the President of the HR club coordinator of the CSR club, so yeah things are there. I think it's a great opportunity for people who have joined a business school, so yeah, go with business School.
Admission :
I applied in GL Bajaj also, I got both, but I think I picked Lloyd business school because of the fee at that time I think the fee was justified for a business school had no clue about the college before Renu taking admission, but since I've been a part of it now completed my graduation, my PGDM here, I don't regret any bit any bit of it. It it has been really good. I think I got my ROI so that is perfect rejection. I don't think I got from any college also from the admission process, it's very simple. I don't think they're very rejection rate in Lloyd business school, but I think that needs to be a little changed a little right right? They should reject a student. I think they take everyone, so yeah.
Faculty :
The faculties of batch 22-24 were the best. Structure of the course is great in first 3 trim I got so many clarity about HR TERMS and exams are a lil hectic they are done 6 days a week no gap between them. Marking scheme is 60+40 40 is ver easily doable just be active submit assignments give presentation 40 shud not be a problem
Interview Experience :
I had a personal interview, not a group discussion. I think my 10th 12th graduation marks were considered before admission. I think the admission process is very simple. Not such a tough thing to crack rejection rate is very minimum. I guess almost hundred percent if I'm not wrong, so yeah.
Night Life :
I had my own home, so I have no clue about the campus hostel. But as hostels are their separate for girls and boys, I think it's for decent amount, not clear about it night. Life is not there in the campus. That is true, but yeah, it's a good area. You have a lot of place to hang out in greater Noida, so you can go with it, but I don't know about the campus night life.
