Remarks :

My college is very nice but due to some bad student there are some negative remarks of college. Only the thing is there is no boys hostel of our college for boys.. There's only girls hostel. The area around the college is also very nice.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I'm doing Computer Engineering. It is a course of 4 years. Each year is divided into 2 semesters, means 8 semesters in total. 1 semester has 3 Phases. Phase 1 and Phase 2 is of 25 marks online exams each, and Phase 3 is of 50 marks of theory exam.

Placement Experience :

As I'm in first year, so I don't know much about our college placement. I have herd from my my senior that placements are there, but only to the students who are all clear ( passed in all the subject) and have good communication skills.

College Events :

All kind of events are celebrated in our college. Traditional Day, App Making, Bridge Making etc. And also sports events. On tradional day we have our dance programs as well. A stage us constructed with a huge DJ system and a number of lights. A celebrity actress had come in our college this year.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

We have the lowest fees and that is ?68,000/- . In Pune our college has the lowest fee. Yes it is Expensive, but compared to other colleges it is less. And in our college we have the option of paying the fees in 3 installments. So, it is a plus point.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I have filled EBC form . For Economical Backward Class. This scholarship is only for the candidates whose annual income is less than 6 Lakhs. We have to sumbit a lot of documents but because of that I've to play only 50% of the fees.

Campus Life :

In extracurricular activities, we have traditional day, sports, events, stalls, marathons, painting Competiotions etc. We have very fun during the events. Teachers encourages us to take part in the events.

Hostel Facilities :

No, I've not opted for hostel. As I stay in my house. N hostel is good. With low cost i.e. only ?3000 per month for one student. It includes electricitiy bill, water bill. And 24 hours watchmen security is provided.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Senior students are good and also some are waste of time. They come in college for timepass. But I've kept a good conversation with good senior students. They have scored good in their academics and try encourages me to do good.

Faculty :

My college faculty is good. They have a good teaching experience. They are also friendly. On asking doubts , if any they give their 100% so that the student can understand the concept. Also our teachers use presentations (PPT ) to make us understand.

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
