Course Curriculum Overview :

The exams in the college are a little on the difficult side, but I feel that is what prepares and makes the students of MAHE different from the students of other colleges. The curriculum also includes modern electives such as Artificial intelligence and Big Data as elective subjects

Internships Opportunities :

The companies which came to my college are Thermo Fisher, Accenture, Biocon, 4BasePair, Merck, and lot other companies come to the campus for placements and the packages offered range from 3 LPA to 15 LPA

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The tuition fees for the entire year is about 3 Lakhs, which can be paid in installments. There is also the facility of different scholarships like SAGE scholarship and Konkani Scholarship. There are also semester wise scholarships which are available for each semester which are awarded based on Merit. The initial registeration fees for the course is non-refundable

Campus Life :

The annual fest held in KMC is called UTSAV and the one held in MIT is called REVELS. These are top level national fests. There is also a group called VSO MAHE. There are also a lot of clubs for extracurricular activities

Admission :

The admission process for all colleges of MAHE is through the MET or Manipal Entrance Test Exam which takes place in the month of March. I had also got admission in Christ University, Bangalore but the Brand Name of MAHE is which helped me in my decesion and I have absolutely no regrets choosing MAHE

Faculty :

The faculty members in the college are extremely knowledgeable and go to every extent to help the students in Evey way possible. When approached they help us by providing research opportunities in their labs. This will provide us with practical skills which will be really helpful in the future as Scientists

Placement Experience:

First semester onwards. Companies visited Asian paints, live space, homelane, etc. Offered at live space. The highest package for freshers is 24000 take home while experienced people generally draw 30-40. About 85-90% are getting placements. After getting the degree I've planned to do an internship after which I'll look for a job. Later in the future, I'll start my own interior design company.
