Course Curriculum Overview :

This is the central university which takes its own entrance exam over the country and there are only 50 seats for this course. This offers lots of course in the BSc MSc and BA MA, LLb, in commerce and IT every sector.

Class Size : 1500Course Fees : INR 120000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees is 60000 per semester i.e, 120000 per year If you applied for up scholarship then you can get half of the fees back as scholarship. Earlier the fees was only 60000 per year but it has increased from last 3 years.. Thank you

Campus Life :

There is a lots of functions organised like sport fest cultural fest Festember and many more... Different departments organised their own fest... Students participate in many sports event there is a big sports stadium for cricket and a big hockey court and basketball court...

Admission :

The main reason is that it is the government college and central university which is established approx 150+ years ago Many great personalities had been passed from this university and it is the Oxford of East'

Faculty :

The faculty is very good The system of teaching is very good Labs are very good to practice and they also provide books for the preparation. There are 2 CT one of them you have to give which contains 20 marks if you give both CT then best of them will consider and Programming test also for 20 marks and mid sem then semester exam mid sem for 20 and the semester exam for 60 marks...

From Placement Scenario Btech Student get most opportunities than MCA. But there is some placement are done from MCA. Average Package is about 5 LPA to 6 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Ittiam etc visit for the placement.

According to my knowledge placements are not good because as a TC college but if you work hard companies will come and they can hire you for the best they can do otherwise you can get placed by minimum 60% marks will be required to sit on the placement and no backlog

The students can be eligible from the third semester of the course for the placements. The companies like Riskberg, Igt solutions,Mesh edible,hcltech ,etc came in college. The highest package will be 5 lpa and the average is 3 lpa for developers profile. It varies every year due to recession last year the percentage was very low. After getting degree i will be trying to get a developer profile jobs
