Course Curriculum Overview :

For me, this course has a wider scope in the finance world in the future. It is difficult but also very important for us to learn about this. We are provided calculators, which are good because they'll help us in exams but not to be dependent on them.

Placement Experience :

The placement cell is good overall as it provides us with many opportunities. Many companies have visited in the past, and many students have been placed in higher companies. This year, one student got a 48 lac pa placement offer, which was one of the highest in the whole of Du University. The highest was 48lac, and the average are 7 to 10 lac. My plans after completing this degree are to start my own business or pursue higher studies.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For one year it is around 40k. I have no clue about the other fees, but for caste, they provide 5000 or 6000 less on the total amount. They provide various types of scholarships for students some are performance-based, and some are merit-based. There are different types of scholarships for different departments and also there are some for 1-year students and some for final-year students who gave excellent merit performance.

Campus Life :

We have an annual fest known as Tarang which is held in March. In the library there are plenty of books for all departments apart from course books they also have magazines, newspapers, fiction and non-fiction books. We have a projector in some classes and a whiteboard only. So for sports, they have a wide variety of sports from which you can choose for yourself. Even if u are a beginner or want to start a new sport, they'll teach you. E.g., lawn tennis, badminton, table tennis, shooting, etc. We have multiple societies and clubs which are being run by students. We can choose any society, and then we have to give the interview for the following. We have societies like music, dance, photography, drama, etc.

Admission :

I chose this college because it was a girl's college, and also, its vibe is immaculate. The admission process was to give one exam known as CUET, through which we were selected based on that exam. Here in this college, the program is the most chosen one, and after that,s, bcom h is the most difficult one to maintain. The cutoffs were high in every round. Before this college, I got admitted to Ramjas, but I chose this one because here, the placement is very high, and the opportunities are also very good.

Faculty :

I would say the student council or the student union takes matters very seriously if there is any disturbance caused by someone. The faculty members are good because they make sure everyone understands the subjects and also clear our doubts. There is only one exam after our mid-semester break. I Don't know about the difficulty, but we have continuous classes where group discussions and other assignments and tests take place.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum was to the point. Everything was explained nicely in books provided to us and faculty, teachers were very good. They were passionate about their job . I personally had no problems with timings or frequency of exams. I can't comment on areas of improvement either.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have interest in the course so i chosed this course. The curriculum preparation for the real world application is ok . I don't think so there is need for improvement in anything related to curriculum. The timing for my exams is in the morning 10 am . The timing is different for every exam .

Placement Experience:

The placements are rising each year in Big 4s and Big 6 as well. The placement cell brings in creative and innovative ideas for internships too. Most students were placed in Deloitte and EY in the current year beginning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since I studied commerce I wanted to pursue either bcom hons or bcom program. I would say it's 6/10 in terms of real world applications of the curriculum. More practical knowledge should be given. I would say exam were hard but timing was okay.

The college management was very transparent. Inspite of being a government college it was very proactive. They ensured involvement when things were not done properly.

Remarks:

Some teachers are very professional and friendly as well. But some teachers are not good at teachings. An overall crowd of the college is very good. There are so many feet in the college from time to time which make you feel delighted.
