  • Very small campus, the whole college is only two floors.
  • Hugely crowded washrooms during breaks since there is only one washroom for students.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose the course B.Com since I was also approaching for the Course CA, I just needed to do B.Com on the side. There is a lot of exposure our college provides and prepares us for the real world. For improving I suggest the college for us to take on some education field trips to industries. Exams aren't difficult at all, I never felt it to be difficult, since all the syllabus was covered right before time and they made it very easy for us to write the exams. And since the Covid time, the exams frequency became every 3 months to catch up to the time lost after Covid. But that didn't affect us too much.

Placement Experience :

There are placements in our college, and the students can apply for placements from their 5th semester. But I didnt apply for placements since I was going for further studies, but a lot of my friends have applied and got placed in companies. The highest package isnt that great as far as I remember it was 4.2 lakh and the average is around 2.5 lakh to 3 lakh. Percentage of students getting placed is more than 80% to 85%. My plan was after completing degree was to complete my CA course.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The year-wise fee is ?55000. You will get fees reimbursement for good percentage in your Pre University Board. The fees for all categories is the same. The scholarship is available for people who got 90% above in their PUC but only for their first year.

Campus Life :

There was fest held every once in a year named as "Samsrushti". Many other college students came and participated in our fest every year and won lots of prizes. It was randomly held every year, no specific month. Our library is quite big and there were lots of books, magazines, newsletters provided to the students. Each classroom had a smart board which the teachers could use to teach. And all the classroooms were well equiped with fittings like fans, benches, etc. Sports and extracurricular activities was great, every year there is Sports Annual Meet held in a large ground where both teachers and students participate in various sports competitions, one full day is kept only for sports, it is actually a lot of fun. Also there are may social clubs like NCC, NSS and YRC for the students where we can attend student camps and also take part in social service activities.

Admission :

I had not applied for any other college as far as I remember, I just visited this college once and I found out its very good I just took the admission. The overall admission experience was good. There wasnt any special criteria or exam to get admitted into this college, we just needed to clear PUC.

Faculty :

Faculty is too less since its a small college, students can be easily approachable to the teachers at anytime. I really liked teachers like Suresh sir, Pramod sir cause they teach really well and their knowledge in their fields is extremely good. There were none of the teachers I didnt like cause all of them are really good. There are two exams conducted before each final semester exam. And they are quite easy to crack, since they teach very well. But only very few students fail. They make up to these lost marks by doing some assignments or activities.

Placement Experience:

As am currently pursuing a course called ACCA. I have to write exams and there are other plans of doing MCom. After the 5th sem, the students get the chance to take part in campus placements. there are many multinational and regional companies that attend the fair so there is no problem of searching for jobs. companies like EY, KPMG, Standard Chartered etc attend the fair. The companies offer more than 30000 packages for the new placements. Multinationals almost offer more packages and there are other multinationals who offer less, the money is not the issue but the quality of experience that is being gained is what counts. The ones who clear the interview will get the placements. Almost 90% of the students get placements. My plan is to take up MCOM to get a double degree. And am currently doing ACCA along with BCOM.

Remarks:

My personal opinion about this college is that please do not opt for this college. You might be happy before getting into this college but later you will suffer a lot. Be very careful what your decision is.
