Course Curriculum Overview :

The course structure is decided by Biju Patnaik University as CIME is a constituent college of this University and was prepared in line with the AICTE model curriculum.MBA students have to appear four semesters followed by internals, seminars, internships.

Placement Experience :

Yes. students are provided both paid and non paid internships where they get the industrial and corporate exposure during their course. students get placed by some companies also. Apart from internships students are given great campus placement opportunities where they are allowed to attend great MNCs campus interview and grab the job opportunity.

College Events :

Apart from the tight syllabus students never hesitate to celebrate every single occasion .starting from welcome to farewell, Ganesh Chaturthi, independence day, republic day, are all well celebrated in the college. The alumni meet is also celebrated with a huge contribution from the alumni.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Rather than the expensive BSchools, CIME is very much feasible when it comes to the fee structure. They even provide scholarships to all meritorious students. It's the best option for any lower income parents to allow their son or daughter to pursue MBA or MCA.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

State government scholarships are available like Prerana, SC/ST scholarships etc.students can apply online and get them registered for the scholarship. They can submit the documents in the college and get them validated to be eligible for the scholarship.

Campus Life :

Intercollege cricket, badminton, etc are arranged to keep the students always active. Yoga classes are arranged every morning in the college itself where students are faculties are involved together. Yoga keeps them fit for study and mentally healthy to keep moving.

Hostel Facilities :

hostel facility is not available but students can easily get private PGs nearby. As it is surrounded by Industries, working professionals are staying in the locality for which PGs are available at an affordable price.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

The college arranges alumni meet every year to encourage the interaction between each of them. They help each other in finding jobs as well as other career related issues. The alumni meet is really helpful and students enjoy being part of such events and they also entertain by performing various activities like dance song mimicry etc.

Placement Experience:

The most important factor while choosing an MBA college is placement and our college provides campus placement to each and every student. To sit on a campus one needs to have a minimum of 80% attendance. Total 60 companies participated in the placement process which starts just after last year even during the pandemic time more than 90% of students got placed in various companies. The highest package was 10 lacs offered by BYJU's in Marketing and the average package was 4/5 lacs. Top Companies like Amazon, Aditya Birla, Bajaj Allianz, Hdfc Bank, Mahindra, Asian Paints etc have visited for the recruitment process to our college.

Remarks:

Heard a lot about this college for its rank,placement and teaching but nothing was as i expected.Very limited events happens that also faculty members do in their own way. They do spoon feeding. That is very disgusting.

Placement Experience:

Placement was good. They tried to place all students but most of the companies were of marketing & sales which is negative points for student belonging to other stream. Around 90% got placed. In every batch at least 80-90% are placed. Nice companies comes. They also send us in pool campus placement.

Placement Experience:

For campus placements regular mock GD & PI sessions were conducted. On every saturday Guest faculties were invited who enlighten the student with their grassroot level insights. KSRM has a very strong alumni network who supports the students in their placements. There are specific courses like Innovation in rural development & entrepreneurship which boost the students for start-up. KIIT has its own business incubator known as KIIT TBI. Which nourishes the startup Ideas of student with guidance & financial support.
