- The college is pretty good the good thing is we can choose faculty of our choice.
- we can have a lot of freedom in the campus.
Dislikes
- there is no proper seating arrangement for the students in the leisure time.
- many clubs are present in the university but there are no practice areas for students. we don't even have a room for dance practice.
Course Curriculum Overview :
in the course circullum we have 2 objectives of PO'S(Progrmme Outcome) and CO'S(Course Outcome) at the beginning of the sem the faculty provide us the inormation about these po and co in a pdf which will be available in couse page of vit ap official site. This is a good thing so we can be prepard in advance.
Internships Opportunities :
many top companies like google microsoft amazon etc has provides internships and placements for my seniors we need to do projects and thi projects programme will start from 2nd yr itself which is a good thing.
Placement Experience :
from the 3rd year (5th or 6th semester) the students are able to get internships from top mnc's which is a good thing as the average of this university is nearly 14lakh per annum many people with cgpa of 8.5+ will easily get a placement of above 10lakh per annum. highest package offered in vit ap university in 2024 is 27lakh per annum. many top companies like google, amazon, microsoft visited camous and many got placd in these companies. my plan is to get a placement in superdream company..
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure is divided into 3 categories for the students who apply to this course by their inter marks, in category 1 we can see fees arounf 1 lakh per year 2nd category 1.5lakh per year and 3rs category 2lakh per year. i got selected in first category with 96k as fees for 1st 3 years and 98k for the 4th year and 1lakh1thousand for 5th year. there is a registration fees of 2000 to be paid along with the 1st year fees. there is ony scholarship called JVD which is only for the students who apply through eamcet counselling their fees for this course is 75000 and government will pay the fees for casts like SC and ST. and there ar no extra charges for this course
Campus Life :
there are many clubs in the university and each student can take part in their intrested club and these clubs conduct evvents in the college and many event are technical events and there are also events like DDD which is a competition event between other universities in dance we can have a lot of enjoyment in events and the biggest event in vit ap is Vitopia. we get a floor in a block for the library and we can get what ever book relatd to subject we want. time for sports or play time if only for 4 to 6pm.
Admission :
I have applied for lovely professional university punjab i got a rank of 500 in the unversity exam after all those the fees for the coure is 1l50k per yer and saperate hostel fees, which is a bit hard to afford for a middle class student like me. so i applied for integrated mtech course in Vit Ap university throuugh my inter IPE marks and got selected in 1st category with fees of 96k and as it is just 25kms from my house no need of hostel fees. so, i opt this college.
Faculty :
in vit ap university faculty to student ratio is approximately 1:10. for every month gap we have mid exams and after 2 mids we have 2 months gap for sem exam but it is bit harder, in the gap of 1 monthwe easily have 5 to 10 holidays and we only have 20 days for completion of portion and within 20 days the faculty will cover the portions with jet speed and we have only 1 day before the exam to study the whole syllabus for the mid exam it is a bit difficult task and only a few faculty say about imortant questions many wont say we need to prepare whole syllabus within 1 day and write exam. the exam is not that easy its a bit harder as we have only 1 day gap to study.

the college is good but there is a talk that drugs supply is done in the college hotels and no nonveg will be present in college and it takes 3 days for travelling to my hometown so i decided no to join this college
