Honest College Life Experience .

Dislikes

  • The management is worst and doesn’t care about students and there future .
  • Management forces there rules and regulations over students without understanding there side

Course Curriculum Overview :

MBA HR is a good course where people gets chance to coordinate and cooperate with each there and also to look into some management activities within the college to understand how it's actually done . Whereas in our college students are not enough cooperative as well as management doesn't provide any chance to the students to manage events and give the management activities to btech and bca students

Internships Opportunities :

I Got internship from college itself and the company was a consultancy I chose work from home due to health reasons but when the company was about consultancy they asked us to do sales of there product which was basically a scheme a bank saving scheme of 'Bank of Baroda ' and the total internship was a waste at the end and I didn't got to learn anything new except about some laws and regulations of taxation and salary slips .

Placement Experience :

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are no categories based fees reliefs . Everyone has to pay same fee except the EWS category . And even the EWS Category have to submit there form and they will short list by themselves to give them any consideration. Avg fees for MBA is 5 lakhs in total which is taken as 1.25 lakh per semester .

Campus Life :

There was no much involvement in our first year and we didn't got to coordinate in teams for any event management or other management activities. Actually there were clubs and other activities but to be honest as the management doesn't care about it many of the notices were never circulated between students and no personal involvement was done by teachers

Admission :

I couldn't clear the cutoff of Pumba and this is the major reason I didn't got chance to be there and as I didn't wanted to waste my year because of my future plans . My college can never be like Pumba or any other proper management college as there is no understanding and no proper management itself within the college. Pumba is run by govt university under norms and as I was at a govt college in my bachelor degree I can actually understand the difference between teachers and there hard work for students career betterment

Faculty :

Exams are not that hard if given after some study time maximum students can clear . Except students whose attendance are low are not allow to give exams whatever there reason is ???? . Even management doesn't help them and consider them as criminals for not being able to attain the college

Other Applied Colleges

Department of Management Science, Savitribai Phule Pune University - [PUMBA] | Master of Business Administration [MBA] (Pharma-Biotech)

As I didnt scored well enough to get admitted to Pumba and as I didn’t wanted to waste my year I had to go to mit . But it’s very hectic and useless in case of management

From helping you build your resume and improving the soft skills that will help you ace your interview rounds, a lot of sessions were conducted. We had various digital matkegimj agencies and brands coming in for creative and performance placements. Almost 90% of the batch was placed before the course ended.

Remarks:

My college is an above average college, which have a good Return on investment, for. marketing students it is perfect. As there are many highly educated and trained faculties in it. They should just focus more from the students perspective. And the issues should be raised to the upper management.

I was interested in pursuing an MBA program right after appearing in the CMAT exam. In this exam I secured 66 percentile, along with this, I submitted all of my documents which included my academic profile, CMAT scorecard, and address proof.

Placement Experience:

As for the placement is concerned, the campus conducted this placement drives. And almost many companies were invited to the selection and hiring process. Like in my final year almost 20 plus companies visited my campus and hired more than half of my class. Companies like Henkel adhesive, Garware Wall Ropes Ltd came for the hiring process.
