Remarks :

The ambiance is always great. The language inside could be improved. Apart from that, it's a wonderful place to study and I'd love to go again and again. I miss that place now. I was gifted to study there.

Merit List, Interview

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum was quite different from other colleges which had a similar course. It was deeper and was relevant to the present scenario. It also helped me to prepare for competitive examinations.

Internships Opportunities :

Yes. It does provide an internship in the final semester. It's quite interesting as it helps us to gain some experience in the industry. We were supposed to find out some institute or office by ourselves to do our internship. It was challenging.

Placement Experience :

It depends on the interest of the students. We had campus placements. I was interested in doing higher studies hence didn't take up any campus interviews. But most of the students who applied got through.

College Events :

We had various events like INDEP - an interdepartmental extravaganza, Skit fest, Drama Fest, Arts fest, etc. Apart from these we also had interdepartmental cultural functions and various seminars and workshops.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

It was feasible. Every semester we paid close to six thousand rupees. Exam fees were extra. The fee structure was very less compared to other colleges that fall under the same category. So it was feasible.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Since I haven't availed any scholarship I'm not aware of all the schemes. However, I have witnessed my friends making use of the scholarships and it also reached them on time. I have seen the smile on their faces whenever they received their scholarships.

Campus Life :

It has got a lot of extracurricular activities and outreach activities along with regular academics. Which helps a student to know more about our country. There were plenty of labs and all the sports were being played.

Hostel Facilities :

Back then it had four hostels for boys and one hostel for girls. Hostels were not that great in terms of infrastructure but the ambiance inside was excellent. It had 24 hours of power back and water facility.

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumni association is doing a wonderful job as it connects us and helps us to maintain the link with the college. Recently we celebrated the 175th Alumni meet and various batches witnessed the event and gave us more contacts.

Exam Structure :

Each semester had two internals and one model exam before the semester examinations. 30 marks will be considered as internals out of 100. Semester examinations take place for 3 hours at a common hall.

Admission :

I got the application form through one of my cousins and post the application form along with the copies of the required documents. In a few days, I got an intimation to attend an interview. I attended the interview and in a couple of days, the selection list was displayed in which my name was found.

Faculty :

The Professors were really nice and encouraging. I was like to have those people as my professors. All the professors taught us how to deal with life in one way or the other. In fact, we learned a lot about life through their lectures.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love to learn Literature as it is the only thing that is connected to our life and my career is to become a professor so I thought this would be my right place that's the Main reason for me to choose Literature and I love literature. My curriculum prepares me well how to face my life after graduation. But I have no idea about how much it works when it comes to reality.
