Course Curriculum Overview :

there are 3 internals among which best of 2 are considered and the question paper will be given with choice for any 2 units, there will be 2 units each fro each internals, all the questions carry 6,7,8 marks respectively

Class Size : 74Course Fees : INR 257569 per year

Internships Opportunities :

some people choose their own way some people prefer to go through college or by themselves for internships so companies like deloit, accenture, tcs etc offer internships starting 20k to 80k, depends on the role and skills

Placement Experience :

Basically when it comes to placements around 200 companies visit bmsce, and most of the people get placed with a minimum of 3LPA to 98LPA, the placementrs are topnoch in bmsce, you dont have to worry when it comes to placements

Fees and Financial Aid :

through comedk the fee is 2.57L my branch is pretty good, placements are pretty good which is about an avg of 8LPA, facultiers are well qualified and have a very good experience in the teaching field.

Campus Life :

there are about 50 clubs in bmsce like singing ,dancing ,robotics, social media, video editing and much more, and there is under25 club starting very soon, there are some clubs where you need to crack the interview and write teh exam and get into the clubs

Admission :

Basically i compared msrit and bmsce there is no proper transportation facility in msr but bms has a metro station near by bms class timings are better than msr the sports faciity is better than msr bms hostel facility is better compared to msr

Faculty :

the faculty are very well qualified all are phd holders and have a very good experience in the teaching field and they help us in various projects, they send previous year papers which is very helpful during the exam time

A Brief Review of My College (New Horizon College of Engineering)

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our college (NHCE) is affiliated to VTU but it's autonomous college. I like mechanical engineering and my father is also a mechanical engineer which inspired me to mechanical engineering. It is a bit outdated, expect more applications of the concepts. As I said we have exams every month, the frequency is good and the difficulty of exams I mid to easy range.

Experience at new horizon.

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester onwards students are eligible for the placement. Alots of companies like VISA,IBM,Accenture etc2 visited our college. The highest package recorded as of 2023 was from VISA offering 32.2 lakhs. 90 percent of the students get placed. After I get my degree I will work for awhile in the corporate world and starting up my own business on the side.

Placement Experience:

Many top MNC's come to the college. Recently the placement opportunities has increased when compared to our batchs.Companies like TCS, Wipro, IBM, Infosys, SLK, Mphasis etc had given us the opportunity. The average package offer was 3.5lpa or 4lpa. The highest package known to me was 10lpa for a CS student not for us. The placements begins either at the end of 6th sem or in the beginning of 7th sem. Almost 60-70% of us were placed by the end of graduation but due to recession the onboarding was very late. Waited for more than a year to get onboarded.
