Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum followed in ipu colleges is too old that is not practically useful in todays time. Ipu needs to make a new and useful curriculum for the upcoming batches so that it will help students in good placement. Frequency of exams is a little more because back to back there are exams which may also help in some way.

Internships are offered by the college in 3rd Year Also students can do internisps by taking permission from their respective faculty any time Many companies offer interships here in CSe and It branch There are both Paid and unpaid internships available

Placement Experience :

Placement in ADGIPS is average Average package of our college is between 500000-600000 LPA which is not too bad Many companies come every year to the campus for placements and take many students. So in placement our college is Average (Neither too good nor too bad)

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Total fees including admission fees, registration fees, development fees , lab fees each year is: 1st Year Fees - ?144000 2nd Year Fees - ?137000 3rd Year Fees - ?130000 4th Year Fees - ? 113000 Total Course Fees is ? 524000 This is according to the Academic Year (2024-25) Fees for lateral entry students is 7000-8000 more each year. Fees can be paid by Demand Draft or NEFT to the college.

Campus Life :

Utkarsh is the annual fest of our college which held every year in March-April Also every October we have an amazing Dandiya Night with rocking Djs There are many societies in the college for students according to their interest and skills

Admission :

The admission in Dr Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute Of Professional Studies (ADGIPS) is through JEE rank only Through Ipu councelling one can get admission in ADGIPS. As compared to other colleges, in our college strictness is not as much as in other colleges Also there is not a big issue of 75% attendance

Faculty :

The faculty in the college for first year is really good and helpful. Their teaching method is also appreciable! There are enough faculty for each subject in the college. There are 2 mid semester exams in each semester of 30 marks each then End Semester exam at the end of the semester of 60 marks Passing marks for each subject is 40 Marks are divided in: Internal - 40 Marks External - 60 Marks

Good for money not for life

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. In 2024 the highest package till now is 88L per annum and the median package is around 18L per annum.. On campus are good and also off campus placements are also focused. Which is good point!

Unfiltered Truth

Placement Experience:

For 4yr courses like btech students of 7th semester become eligible for campus placements. Tcs, ambuja, mahindra tech and etc.. Companies visited and they made decent number of offers. Highest package is 25 lakhs which offered by amazon. Lowest package is 1.70 lakhs offered by tcs. Percentage of students getting placements is 30%. I wanna join indian army so I will appear for defense exams after the degree

Dilemma choosing NSUT? Here the analysis

Placement Experience:

Usually the placement session starts in the beginning of the 4th year when the recruiters start coming however some people get PPOs even in the end of 3rd year. How the number of on campus internship is quite less of around 100-200 including all three campuses of NSUT. As of now the a total of 457 companies visited for on campus placements and 1400+ offers were given out of 2500 students in the yr 2023 published by the College administration. The highest package offered was 87 lpa and the average package was around 8-10lpa overall. The placement percentage would be around 60-70% overall but talking about my own ICE branch it had a fantastic percentage of 97%. My plans after getting degree is to getting into either a tech MNC or into a core semiconductor company like Qualcomm, Foxconn, etc.

My experience at DTU

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are good at DTU. Average package in 2023 was 25 LPA. Highest package was 82 LPA for BTech and 51 LPA for MTech. More than 160 companies visited DTU in 2023. Around 91 percent student were placed.

IIT-D review

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I am interested in mechanicals. There are few courses in which more than one branch studies so more number of students otherwise 70-80 students per faculty. Faculties are well qualified done masters from foreign universities. Some faculties use slides others use chalk and board. There are minors(mid-sem) and majors(end-sem). Other than that there are quizzes ~4 per semester per course.
