- First the campus is so beautiful because it is full of greenery a lot of trees and the best part of campus according to me is the Football ground or maharana pratap stadium in campus as I'm a football lover also other places are too good like garden.
- Secondly the faculty of our department is highly qualified and professional who had done their doctorate degree (PhD) in their respective subjects. Boys to girls ratio is 1:3 approx.
Dislikes
- Hostel mess food is the worst thing i have ever seen in my life which is not up to mark because of cooking skills yaa i know and also watched that the vegetable or the products they use to serve the students is fresh but the skills of cooking is weak
- Second thing i disliked is that the university campus is to big so to visit from one department to other is a daunting task for me specially in summer so please bring your vehicle 🥲🥲
Course Curriculum Overview :
I opted this course as after completing this course you are independent because you can start your own clinic as well which make you your own owner of the business ???? Also there is a great scope of physiotherapy in abroad and earn a lot outside the country. Out of 6 subjects in 1st year which is physiology, anatomy, biochemistry, Electrotherapy, exercise therapy, and EVS the 2 subjects are main which decides your score in final exam which is physiology and anatomy other 4 subjects are like physical education as in your 12th class and also biochemistry you have to cram the things. As i heard from my seniors that the things need to be improved is the posting of students to hospitals and 1 or 2 teacher need to be replaced by some professionals.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships includes no stipend specially in BPT and there are no companies or hospitals which has tied up with this university but some hospitals offer you intership in hisar like sarvodaya hospital, jindal hospital, aadhar hospital and many more but you need to get in touch with these hospitals to do your intership otherwise you can opt ther cities for your intership where you can get stipend
Placement Experience :
The placement is the main problem here as i heard from Btech students also that last year only 5 to 10 students got placement at minimum wage which was around 4 to 5 lakh per year not to much. There are some companies which regularly visit here are mahindra, jindal , tata and some other companies related to technologies and automobiles or softwares. If i talk about BPT there is no placement facility for students you have to do intership of 6 month after 4 year of graduation and then you can start your clinic or join hospitals like appolo, max , medanata or wherever you get the job after job application.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total tuition fee yearly is 44800 so the semester wise the tution fee is 22400 and the other category fee is just 2 thousand less than general category students. Recently the university tried to increase the fee 10000 per semester but students did protest against this and the fee increment was stopped. Thanks to all students unity??
Campus Life :
There are lot of opportunities for students who wants to join club, sports etc. Firstly there are seats of NCC and NSS but in NCC seats are mostly for girls. Other than these there are different sports teams where you participate by showing you enthusiasm like football team, basketball team, tennis, badminton, volleyball, chess, wrestling, athletic etc For NSS you need to submit form to NSS office of the university you jsut need a passport size photo nothing else than this.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel registration start within 1 week of registration of course so you need to fill offline form which you have to download from university site and submit it to the department where you got admission. Document needed for Hostel registration: Bank details Aadhar Admission fee receipt 10th 12th marksheet Entrance result marks page Passport size photo Facilities in hostel are : Water cooler Geyser for winter Reading hall (very big but no AC only fans) TV room Table tenis, carrom, chess 4 beded hall in Boys hostel 4 number 2 beded room in boys hostel 3 There are total 4 boys hostel and total 4 girls hostel so overall total 8 hostel in whole university. Mess food is very awkward because the cook Don't know how to make food other things you can get from mess is packed food or juices
Admission :
To be honest i gave PPMET ecam also which is punjab paramedical test for bsc nursing or for other paramedical exam to get admission in punjab but then i realised that outside the state could be more costly for me because the tution fee of any colleges in punjab is 1 lakh per year for bsc nursing and hostel fee is separate so the whole course including tution fee would be around 8 lakh. I also gave CUET exam in which i opted other course not related to medical so i thought that these courses are not for me because medical field is the only field which will never die as medical is the first need of human being to survive on this planet. If i talk about my college or university admission criteria you have to give entrance of university for BPT in which 11th 12th science subjects include but some other department just give you direct admission based on your merit in 12th class.
Faculty :
To get admission in this university specially in BPT you have to give the university entrance exam in which you have to study 11th 12th science subjects and also English subject. And in October there is 1 minor test of 10 marks and exams will be yearly.
