campus is lush green and very large. condition of hostel is good but can be more good

language is a big issue, professors give preference to the students who can speak bengali.
condition of sports complex can be improved. proper gear is not provided for the sports

Course Curriculum Overview :

my department is electronics and instrumentation engineering. the cirriculum is tough for my branch you have given a grpup project for individual lab. there are 2 labs in 3rd semester. the exams are held twice a semester

Class Size : 74Course Fees : INR 155500 per year

Internships Opportunities :

internship oppotunities are available from the end ing of the 3rd year. provided by the college itself but you need to crack the exam and and the interview. bpcl and hpcl comes for internship and also texas instrument. relaice also come for only circuital branches

Placement Experience :

highest number of students got placed through my branch. the placment ratio is excellent for my department. average package is around 7lpa and the highest was 52lpa. you can opt research after completion of your degree in the filed of electronic and semiconductor industry

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

the year wise fees for b.tech is 155500rs including hostel and mess fee. hostel and mess fee is 27000 per semester if your annual family income is above 5lakh,then you have to pay whole tution and hestel fee but if your family income is from 1lakh to 5lakh then only 30% of tution fee but 100%of hostel and mess fee. 0 tution fee wil be paid if you come under the crietria of under 1lakh family income or you belong to sc/st cast.

Campus Life :

my overall experiance is good. the club are always active at the time of any event.infrastructure is equipped with all the necessity but it can be improved . there are no cafes or good restraunts inside or near the campus. city is 20 kms far from the college

Hostel Facilities :

hostel facilty is good and the conditon of hostel is good. some time water problem is there. mess food need to be improved. there is no millk given to students. condition of the food need to be improved

Hostel Fee : INR 27000 per year

Admission :

i choose this college because i wanted to opt electronic that i got here according my JEE rank. the admission process is like anyt other government college. you have to come when the registration starts and submit all of your document and verify them

Faculty :

faculty of my department are very helpfull and knoledgable.some teacgers are very nasty towards their students.75% attendance is mandatory for all students. 2 to 3 teachers are average difficulty level of exams are medium. sometimes it is very easy

Remarks:

The institute is doing business with students and all. They only invests money on advertisement. Actually the institute just want to advertise and they rarely invest on internal activities. The hostel and other roads are to poor quality like villages. But it's not visible from the University entrances.

NITA, a home far from home.

Remarks:

Overall the college is great, i have lots of good friends and infastructure is great but the timing of girls to stay outside is just not acceptable. Girls are not allowed outside the hostel past 6 p.m atleast the college must make it upto 8 p.m. That much restriction is not there in school also.

Entrance Preview:

After qualifying AIEEE exam and getting 185 marks out of 360, i got admission into NIT Agartala. Since NIT Agartala is one of the oldest institute in India which was established in 1965 so i have opted NIT Agartala over other institution and this was the best college that i was getting with these marks.

Placement Experience:

Placement scenario is very good in NIT Agartala. Many students use to get more than 1 job from NIT Agartala. Apart from many reputed companies like VIrtusa, Oracle,Tata Moters, Ashok leyland, Maruti Suzuk etc. some PSU's also prefer to visit our Institution.
