What Students Say

Likes

I like the overall physical structure of the college as it is located in remote area rather than city
Faculties are average not so good not so bad
Labs are excellent and students are practically educated as well

Dislikes

The food of the mess is not good . Maybe because of taste differences
Internet connection of the hostel is poor
Sports other than cricket and volleyball are not prioritized

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is well balanced consisting of theory as well as practical contents. Personally i didnt like physics and chemistry so for me thats the point that influenced me to choose this curriculum as no subject such as physics and chemistry exist . The curriculum prepares us well for real world applications as practical are on daily basis. The only problem i find in this curriculum is that i think subjects like cyber security, microprocessor etc should have been introduced in early semesters

Fees and Financial Aid

As i am an international student in this university i pay 85000rs per annum which covers all my hostel fee as well as college fee. Various scholarships are available in the college if you're a brilliant student . Scholarships like sports scholarships are common

Campus Life

There are various extracurricular as well as co-curricular activities going on around . Various clubs are there and one can participate in any club they like . Sports is okay okay as only volleyball and cricket is prioritized . Library is good as it contains various books of all sectors. There is an anti ragging cell too so overalll its good

Admission

As being an international student i chose this college because of financial reasons. It is cheap compared to other colleges in india . I didn't get rejection from other colleges rather i only applied in this college through consultancy and i got an admission after I showed my 12th and 10th certificate

Faculty

3.5

Faculty is average average as there are some good professors as well as some not so good professors. Still the college has at least one faculty who bas expertise in the course. Other faculties are just for support i guess. The exam is divided into 4 categories CIE-1 CIE-2 PSEE ans TSEE Cie 1 and cie2 basically are midterm exams of 40 marks , psee is practical exam of the semester and tsee is the theory semester end exam consisting of 100 marks each later on converted into 50 . The attendance and classroom activities also has an impact in examination

Excellent college, don't waste your time just take the admission asap without any hesitation.

Placement Experience:

Placement of this college iss too good. When you come in 3rd you will be eligible for the placement drive. Companies like tcs, mnc, infoysis these are the come come in placement. Highest package of the university is 40 lpa and average placement is 8 lpa. 75% students got their dream job.

A real insight

Placement Experience:

The placements are really good, after the 6th sem students can opt-in for placements. tcs, motorola and other major local companies visited the campus. highest package was around 9 10 lpa and avg was around 3.1 lpa. almost all students got placed till the end of season and faculties personally help the students to get placed.

Remarks:

College is good for engineering But, it is away from city so students have to face some difficulties due lack of transportation and food, however canteen is available inside campus but the flexibility is not available in food

My Experiences with Rk University

I got confirmed admission from Charotar university of science and technology in akash and rita school of physiotherapy. Well there were other private colleges as well like lj university of ahemdabad and sumandeep university of vadodara. I chose this college based on convenience in location and affordable fee structure. Also the reputed higher education at this college and recognition on global level enforced my choice. I didn't get rejected from any. However the high fee structure and other external costings like hostel and mess fee as well as general maintenance cost was much more for other colleges compared to this one. Ideally admissions are done through management quota and through acpc. More than 50% aggregate marks in 12th science is the only eligibility criteria for admission. Neet UG marks are considered for admission but is not mandatory for the same. My experience was pretty smooth and i was selected through acpc quota in the first round itself....Read More
