A explained review from senior

Their is very little curriculum in this college. If i tell u in simple words then if you are taking admission in this college you have to study yourself and do not expect anything from the college but they will give you full internal number.

There is no any companies that will provide you internship from college side . • But during placement you will get hired as diploma engineer trainee (DET) , their you will get stipend, average stipend of 2 lpa .

The placement faculty is above average. Placement faculty is good and the HOD of placement are very of helping nature. • From the last of fifth semester your placement gets starts • Tata power, Timkin, Tcs, Subros ,Hindalco, Larsen and toubro, AMNS , Metso etc the companies which comes and hires the students. • Highest package - 5 Lpa Average package - 2.80 Lpa Lowest package - 2 Lpa • More than 70 percent student gets placed. • I would like to take admission in btech after this course.

It is very disappointing to say but in this college no extra curriculum is held and the campus is very small with no sports faculty. If you are thinking to take admission in this college then you should to compromise with extra curriculum activities.

•It have total three number of hostels. One for girl and rest two for boys . •Both two hostel for boys is active but for girls their hostel isn't active. •If we talk about infrastructure of the hostel it have dual size room with average infrastructure. The bathroom of hostels doesn't have gates and in every corner you will find spit of pan masala. • If we talk about bullying inside of hostel , senior students bullies junior students that I can't explain. In simple its like hell. • Their is no mess faculty of college you have to prepare food by your self or you can take mess from outside. • In order to take hostel you have to talk with senior hostel students then you can get hostel according to your caste . • If wanted to take PG or Rented room , mostly student lives in area like chutia (825316)

•I choose this college because it is very old college, it is made before the independence of the india. And one more reason is to choose it because it is situated at the capital of the state. • My first preference was this and i got it in first counselling. •If you want to take admission in this college then you should to give a competitive exam conducted by jceceb named jharkhand polytechnic.

•Their are not enough faculty members according to number of students. Their is lack of teachers. •Some teachers teach you efficiently but some teachers will just complete their syllabus they will just complete their formalities. • The HOD of electrical isn't good but teachers of electrical branch is amazing. • Same case with mechanical branch and civil branch. • Computer science faculty isn't good . • Electronics branch facility is ok . • If we talk about exams, their are total six external exam in thia 3 year course. Means six sem equal to six final exams . And each two internal exams in each sem . Exams are of normal level . Very few students fail
