- Some departments here were really great like ETC and Mechanical with a unique culture going on
- AIML and AIDS being new branches here are still doing their job very well for the students
Dislikes
- The Students section not really tends to help ,as i saw many financially weak students facing the problem of 1 time payment fees and their request for part payments option is always rejected
- Infrastructure is decent but in summer season the water coolers are just useless there ,no cooler will give you cold water
Course Curriculum Overview :
Some courses were to the point like IOT was well designed and DSA too with java programming side by side ,still as i said AIML is new branch and needs much enhancements ,the areas where they can improve was always practicals and labs those were always taken casual as i remember
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As I belong to General (Open) Category,My yearly fees is 1lakh 8 thousand ,I was eligible to the Scholarship scheme of EBC so i got 40,000 back every year .For the other students with SC/ST category fees was 8000 and for TFWS seats fees was 22000.For SC/ST they get scholarship of around 60,000 every year which they had to return to College and some amount of it was there for them
Campus Life :
I mad friends quite a lot and we went for trips and all many times , library was useful too i remember i only took java programming books from there, sports and extra curricular activities are not too strong in every department here some are just doing it for the sake of the department's presence, there is a event named Technoutsav it happens every year around march its the biggest technical event here .there are multiple clubs as well IEEE ,Google dev etc all technical no cultural as per my knowledge.
Admission :
I wanted IT related branch from the start and with my CET percentile there was a good chance i would've got core CSE in this college and from my previous research it was a decent college as well ,so i did go for it.No I didn't got rejected from any colleges and i was eligible too just not fit for the specific branch i wanted
Faculty :
The faculty to students ratio here in almost every department is 1:5 ,I remember there's a teacher named Kshitij Shelare who taught us mathematics from 1st year till 2nd year end ,he was so great all students learned maths and still remember those topics of him,There are 2 Assessment exams before End semester exams with internal and external practicals.
