Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum was good but as every other curriculum it's a bit backdated. Why they don't change idk and people are just happy with getting the degree without working much. But if u are interested and want to know more go to the faculty and they would personally look into providing more info for you. The hod encouraged more hands on knowledge than theoretical knowledge

Internships Opportunities

3.5

No they won't help you officially. My faculty did but that was a different thing but college as a whole won't help at all . If the faculty is good they will only help you out of their own volition. So it depends on how your image is in the eyes of the teachers

Placement Experience

2

You are eligible from the 6th sem only if you don't have any backlogs but majority placements starts from 7th sem. Few companies came but majority came for IT. And trust me regardless of your branch you need to sit for IT interviews

Fees and Financial Aid

So I was on management quota so my fees was 5,14,000 in which 1st yr 1,50,000 out of which 90,000 was tution fees 50,000 registration and 10,000 as lab and other charges Rest 3 years was 91,000 each in which 90,000 tution and 1000 e-Resources If you are getting admission through comedk or kcet your fees will come down to nearly half as of what I heard from others

Campus Life

3

College life was basically dull for the first 2 year as we were the COVID batch. Rest two years went with projects seminars internships. And idk y but my teachers were very keen to send a group of us to each and every seminar. We had 5% attendance in a month because we were roaming Bangalore for seminars

Admission

See I didn't get into jee mains so I was way down and didn't know where to go or what to do. So we decided to go out of west bengal and out we went. Went to a councelling and they made me contact the college basically through broker

Faculty

4.5

So the faculty of ece department was pretty good. With teachers holding phds and rest pursuing PhD they were keen to transfer the knowledge they got. But one thing was bad some teachers from mechanical used to poke into matters of our dept. Like one teacher was having problem cause I along with two girls was working on a project cause I was a north indian Exams were normal not to fret much but if u think u will get 80 get ready to see 70 don't know y it happened

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements since 3rd semester only if they possess extremely high talent, otherwise, most students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester of engineering. Many companies such as societe general, microland, deloitte, capgemini, keep visiting our campus on a yearly basis. Usually the packages vary from 5-20 lakhs. My plan after degree is to get placed in a good enough company that satifies my necessities

I would suggest the upcomers to always join the developing colleges rather than developed college. The very good thing about my college was their regular class and notes. Talking about the negative-they take care us still like a school student (from my prospect)
