Remarks

The college management had a political background and as such the physical infrastructure was good. However the management can certainly have more experienced people in the faculty who could impart from industry experience rather than just textbook course.

Entrance Preview

CET i appeared for the Maharashtra CET for gaining entry in the MMS course. I had an objective test as well as Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

MMS course is state governed the curriculum needs to be updated with changing times. Many told us that the curriculum hadn't changed for many years. The visiting faculty made the course interesting with practical examples.

Internships Opportunities

Yes the college helped us in getting summer internship. Various private sector banks like ICICI bank and pvt insurance cos and stock broking cos came for internship. Some students even went to United Nations Headquarters in USA for internship! Stipend ranged from 5,000 - 20,000 I myself got internship at ICICI Bank

Placement Experience

3

The placements were not that great and most of the finance companies that came had a sales profile either as RM or similar various banks and stock brooking firms came for placements. Salary ranged from 15,000 to 40,000

College Events

3.5

The college had various summits like Marketing Summit, Finance Summit etc. It also had debate competitions and annual program for alumni.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The Fee structure was very reasonable. I was in free seat and paid Rs. 27,000 per year for 2 years.

Campus Life

4

The campus life was good but I would have appreciated more extracurricular activities to increase the confidence and knowledge of its students.

Hostel Facilities

4

There was no hostel facility the college canteen was very neat and clean and provided good food.

Alumni/Alumna

Well we didn't receive much help from the alumni and senior students. We wished there was greater interaction which would have helped us gain insights into the corporate world.

Exam Structure

Since its a state governed course. There were 2 exams one each on an annual basis the days were hectic with long lectures and various assignments.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty did a decent job for the course we had chosen. Each of them had many years of experience either working in the industry or just teaching they helped the student in various aspects apart from just the course-ware.

The placement opportunity is great, but you have to maintain a good grade with zero backlogs. The campus placement cell offers multiple opportunities, but mostly students from the Engineering department got the highest LPA rather than other specialisations.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good, during our batch it was pretty low because of the recession and other economic parameters. In MBA mostly the companies come for marketing jobs so mostly the jobs offered was sales, but as the college has became university i think every process has been changed and could result in good placement.

Placement Experience:

1) students become eligible for placements just after they complete their second semester examinations 2) only local companies visited to our colleges such as per Pooja, weblink services etc which were very small scale local organisations offering very poor packages to the students 3) the average package that my batch got was 2.lakhs per annum and the highest was 6 lpa where before admission the college claimed the average packages to be 6lpa and Highest to be above 10lpa 4) the percentage of students getting placed is not more than 10-15% 5)my plans after getting the degree is to look for better companies outside my college because my college hasn't been helpful in terms of placements in any manner .

Remarks:

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.
