Mera College

The curriculum has all the specified subjects as per the need of the respective course. All the labs and projects are based on real- world and provides with problem solving skills. The exams are : 1. MID- TERMS (per sem 1 mid term) 2. SEMESTER EXAMS

No internships are available with College but beyond college many internship opportunities are available such as Infotech, CODESOFT, prodigy, Bharat intern , piclet etc. Projects like climate detector, fake sms detector are under artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Students are eligible for campus placements from 7th semester. Companies like Vedanta, Secure Meter, zinc . Highest package from CSE is about 14 lpa Average about 8-9 lpa Almost 40% students are placed. My plans after my degree is to pursue masters

Tuition fees is somewhat high. All over tuition fees is around 24k . And the total semester fees is 35k approx. Hostel fees - 25k Scholarships are available for girls or for scheduled castes and scheduled Tribes. As per the rules their income must be less than 8lpa

No such festivals are held. Sometimes events like Winter carnival, Annual fest are held . Sport tournaments are organised . Clubs are there: Music club , art club , eco club .These clubs motivate students and influence them .

Hostel facility lack in hygiene, comfort and maintenance. Rooms have 2 fans , cemented walls, broken window. Meal quality is not much good . Mess is also so clumsy . Food is tasteless and insects are also found in the food sometimes.

Based on the 12th percentage and jee mains score. The application begins through REAP website. Reservation benifits are available and single girl child benifits are also available. Exams are timely held and somehow the electronics department issues very very tough paper. Mechanical department is so ruthless.

All the faculties are well educated. Somehow, many of them are young and enthusiastic but the aged ones are strict and always frowning. The student to teacher ratio is 6:1 . All the faculties are however cooperative and problem solving. They are friendly and much much experienced. The interaction with them is quite regular.
