Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course is very noble. It gives us the power to heal others. When I was a child, i was impressed by the ability and skills of a doctor. The patient family were treating him like god. So i decided to pursue it because of the amount of respect and wealth we gain. In the real world it helps us to become a good person, interact with the injured society and connect to the people emotionally. Teaching methods could be improved by giving more and more real life examples and exposing to the wards and clinics. Learning is more fun when we do more practicals. The college must ensure that more and more practical classes and clinical exposure is given to the students so that they can learn effeciently. The cases of the cirriculum should be given to the students to look how they handle it.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee is very low as compared to others colleges. There are no as such extra fees. Cost of education is approx 12k for 1st year including books. We get swami vivekanand scholarship if in the HS there is 60%. There is also oaisi scholarship for obc. The scholarship is continued if you get 60% in the 1st MB.

Campus Life

3

Since it is a new college so there are no fests or annual functions. However, there are freshers welcome for the junior batches. There is no specific time for freshers. The library is just having the required books for our curriculum. Classrooms are not very good as it is a make-shift arrangement. They are equipped with a projector and computer but there is no ac. Since we don't have a campus currently there are very less sports activities in the college. There is a political unit in the college that looks after students' welfare and it organizes the programs and events.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

We have got the rooms where we live with 3 more students. So total 4 students in a room. Daily cleaning is there and the room size is actually decent. There is proper water supply in the bathrooms but lacks healthy and clean drinking water. So we have to buy water gallons from outside. The hostel has proper electricity. Fans and lights are adequate but coolers are must for the summers. During the admission we have to apply for the hostel. Food of the canteen is not good. Tiffin from locals is advised.

Admission

The admission process was very lucid. The application for is available at the college reception. Reservation is available. Semesters are conducted every three months. The exam is not too difficult. It is based on the teachings that is present in the syllabus. I don't think there is such a need of improvement.

Faculty

4.5

The faculties are good for 1st year and 2nd year. As the batch is small so interaction with the teacher is very good. We have individual teachers for particular topics. They teach in projector so there is nice understanding and chalk board beside for better conversation with the students. The techers are qualified from best institutes with many years of experience, so their way of teaching is very innovative and good. The number of teachers for particular subject is good so no of teachers are free in a particular time. Hence we can interact with them in the free time and clear the doubts. Also they are available on whatsapp so there is no time boundation of asking and learning. The teachers remain calm as there is no burden of more students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well, mbbs is very hard and long term process. You will be bored in 1st year because you cant get real clinical cases. But in Final year, 3rd Prof Part 2, you will get huge pressure. Because there are total 11 subjects, you should study in final year. It is a great burden for all. I'm not satisfied with Nmc curriculum. They are not thinking about students. They are implement their rules in chilled ac room. But they don't know the real scenarios.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The concept of education is misunderstood my many students. Students want to study in order to make money and become rich so that they can fulfill their wants. Similarly money is invested by parents in terms of the amount of investment it will reap in the future. Because of this reason females are not given much higher education in our country.
