Allowing to do internship in navodaya schools which are the are the high reputed schools. For almost 2 months
Faculties are well educated. Many are even PhD scholars

Dislikes

Doing SAP in our home towns. It's difficult to get permission in home town schools

Course Curriculum Overview :

Curriculum is properly prepared by well educated faculties.curriculum prepared you for real world applications because it mostly contains activities. Exams will be conducted for every 6 months. Difficulty level is average

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 30000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Recently this year they started allowing students to go to navodayas for internship for almost 2 months in 7 th semester of the course. There won't be any stipend for internship as far as I know. We will be getting experience of teaching and can learn many things

Placement Experience :

Campus placements will be available in this college. Campus placements will be offered in 8th semester of course. Mostly all students are getting placed every year. All top schools are coming to college for placements

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fee is minimum.Students will be getting ncert scholarship every semester. It will 4,000 to 8,000 rupees per semester. Students shoul6not fail in any subject in any semester. Students will be taking tutions as a financial assistance.

Campus Life :

Rie Mysore is the only college in south india among all four rie's . Hence mostly all regional festivals are celebrated here . College is having a good Library with lot of books and journals. Students are running many clubs like cosmos clubs, poetry clubs, dance clubs, chess club etc

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facilities are good with proper rooms and WiFi facilities. Rooms are good. 3 Hostels are there for girls and 2 are there for boys . There won't be any registration process separately for hostel while joining the college, you just need to let them know you want to join . You can pay the fee and can join. Meal quality is fine

Hostel Fee : INR 19000 per year

Admission :

Admission process is based on entrance exam. I.e RIE CEE . Eligibility criteria depends on the course you opted. Application form and fees everything you can see in ncert official website. exam will be conducted yearly once

Faculty :

Almost all faculties are PhD scholars. Faculty student ratio is absolutely fine. Being a teaching college, here teachers are role models to students. Teachers are very friendly with students. They are helping students in every aspects

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum for BSc is simply the extended version of 11th and 12th standard portions in the first year. It includes the same concepts and the teaching method is rather ordinary and boring and doesn't seem to focus on making the students live the subject but is rather focussed on marks and other upcoming exams. A teacher kept insisting us to do certain problems skipping the others considering the factory that it is very important for a exam after UG. She also stated that everyone are most likely to take up teaching as a job after this which shows how narrow minded and shallow the opinions and minds of the teachers are. This amounts for a greater level of discouragement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course that I have chosen gives a good scope in the real world and really prepares us well with the lab practicals. Honestly the course teaching could be improved with changing the black board to a interactive learning panel. Exams usually only come twice in a semester and the difficulty depends on how much you understand in the class, an average student can easily pass the exams without studying.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Rehabilitation science main focuses on restoring health in individuals ( accident, tauma injury and persons with special needs), this college provides practical exposure like experiencing how individuals, with loco motor disability and blind, navigatw and interact. We have mandatory internship period after 2 years of teaching, and they provide internship and placement support. Different Companies come and take test and hire the eligible candidates. Regarding placement package, since it's just been 1 year of SST there cannot be said anything about it. But Scaler the parent Company of SST has average package of 22lakhs and highest package of 1.04cr.
