Syllabus is up to date according to the guidelines of council of architecture with mention of all required books and activities and the pattern of questions papers are also explained in detail in the syllabus

Placement Experience :

Placements for b.arch are quite low but have options for other streams a dedicated placement cell is provided by the University of the Placements in b.arch 6 months internship program is available in the syllabus

The infrastructure of the university is quite good, university is constructed on the basis of such architecture elements of Sikh architecture like domestic, Nanak Shai bricks, arches and many more.

Admission :

The admission process is quite simple and easy for admission in b.arch you have to qualify for the NATA exam alert that you can apply for the b.arch program through the website than the counselling starts for admission

Faculty :

Professors are well qualified and experienced and have great knowledge about the subjects theoretical and practical, all staff is supportive in nature administration staff is also very cooperative

The college provides decent placements . Most of the placements are through the alumini network of the college and over more than 70 percent children get placed . Highest package accounts til 9 lpa which quiet good in architecture and average package accouts for 7 lpa

Remarks:

Our college has a peaceful environment with vast campus space. But the infrastructure is old. Also there isn't placement opportunities for the students. The hostels can be improved by a great deal. But the faculty is good, although some practical work can be improved in teaching.

Good College For Architecture Studies

Admission:

I was interested in pursuing Bachelors in Architecture and those opted for this college. I took the JEE Main Paper 2 and qualified it. Sat for the counselling and got the college in the later rounds of counselling. Admissions to the college are done based on the merit. However, certain seats are also offered through management quota.

Placement Experience:

Internship opportunities are available for students. Students can search for Internship outside and the placement cell also guides students about the same. Placement rate of the college is nice. A good number of companies come to the campus and students can also explore job opportunities outside. Many seniors have got decent placement package.

Entrance Preview:

I took the NATA (National Aptitude Test for Architecture) and obtained the score 80 / 200 . I appeared once again for the examination in the same year and scored 100/200 so average was calculated as 90.

Admission:

I migrated from another college in 2nd year to RIMT, as it was recommended by a friend. I went to the campus in the month of August and got the form from them. After the form was filled , it was immediately submitted and got the admission confirmed within nearly a week.
