Course Curriculum Overview
There is more exposure to practical knowledge with a focus on project work in the final year of the course. Students after graduation have a good idea about the real world problems and student preparing for higher studies are well prepared to enter a more competitive environment. Even with a good teaching staff, there is a lack of usage of the technology available. Difficulty level of the course dependson how the students prepare for their exams.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for campus placements in the final semester of the final year. The major company visiting this year was Accenture with 40 students getting offer. Highest package was 300000 and the average was 200000.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships are available and the students can apply for it. Fees have to be paid for every year and can be paid in installments too. There is campus employment oppurtunities. BBA course costs75000 for a period of 3 years.
Campus Life
The college fests organised are Sygma by the BCA batch and Synergy and Genesis by the management batch. Apart from that there are different associations in the college which every student has to opt every year.
Admission
Candidates are admitted based on merit, it would be beneficial if the candidate has more than 70% in his/her 12th exams. Apllication form is availabe offline only as of now. There are 2 internal examinations conducted in a semester and a viva before the sem exams.
Faculty
Faculty has good teaching experience with most of the teaching staff being very well versed in the subject they are teaching. The faculty to student ratio is not goodas of now but it can be better in the future. All the lecturers are very approachable and are helpful as well.
Interview Experience
The college takes personal interviews of the candidate before admitting them. More prefernce is given to the academic results of the candidates. Interviews are more general and there is no need for preparing for the interview. Candidates must be confident and well spoken in orded to create an impression.
