Dislikes

  • Staff will ask you to leave the elevator if they have to go even if it is not urgent to them
  • The main disadvantage is that it is far from the outskirts of the city.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Regarding the subjects and curriculum, I would say that they are essential and relevant to the course we are pursuing. The courses offered include both specialized subjects and general courses that can enhance our daily lives. They also teach subjects that may be helpful when attending interviews.

Internships Opportunities :

They offer AI and machine learning programs within the college. I have no idea about the projects and outcomes, but seniors used to say it is good. Also, I have no idea about the companies that have offered opportunities in this field.

Placement Experience :

We have to attend placements after the 6th semester, which is after the 3rd year. Big companies like HCL, TCS, Infosys, Amazon, Sutherland, etc., will visit our college for placements. The highest salary offered is 25 LPA, and the average is 4 LPA. Almost over 90% of students get placed. I have plans to pursue higher education there itself.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The tuition fee was very affordable when I joined this college and there have been no hikes or increases in fees. However, for the next batches, the fees were increased. For example, I paid 150k per annum, while the next batch paid 200k, which is quite high. The fees are fixed and do not increase year to year, but rather batch to batch. There is a tuition fee and exam fee of around 2.5k every semester. There are scholarships available based on your 12th standard marks, but as far as I know, there are no special scholarships.

Campus Life :

They conduct an event named Orion, which is the most celebrated event in the odd semester. There are no events in the even semester, but numerous events are still conducted. We have a compact library with around 5000 books with a beautiful interior that will make you fall in love with it. Every classroom has a projector, and they are of a very high standard. Sports and extracurricular activities are conducted quite frequently in our college. We have many clubs that will definitely help students after graduation.

Admission :

The eligibility criteria are having an average of 50% marks in PCM only, that's it. There are no other criteria to meet for admission. The application process is easily done online. The college conducts an entrance exam online three times, and applicants can choose which one to apply for by paying a fee of 1k. The exams are not very frequent, with 2 internal exams and 1 end-semester exam for each semester, which have long breaks in between and are easy to score well in. The admission process is the best among competitors, so there is no need for any improvements.

Faculty :

The faculty-to-student ratio will be around 1:10, which is quite good and will provide a nice learning experience. Some teachers are moderately suitable for their job, some are highly talented, and some are not as suitable, but almost every staff member knows their subject matter well, even if they may lack general knowledge. Every individual is friendly and lenient; if we treat them well, nobody will target you unless you have done something wrong. They dress well and behave professionally. The staff have a high level of personality, and their physical appearances are very good.
